    I wanted to buy a car from a private owner but somehow wound up at Good Rides in Port St. Lucie…read more Best thing that happened to me. They didn't try to add a dozen charges to the bill or push extended warranties. I could take a test drive without a salesman in the car. Because the radio & touchscreen media center were faulty, they ordered a modern new one and paid for the installation, which was $400. Because I drove a car in Florida a dozen years ago and Joey said I did not have to pay the huge first-time registration fee. While waiting for the touch screen to arrive I was permitted to put up a small deposit and take the car home for two days. The price was good and the 2015 Toyota Corolla was in excellent shape. (I paid a specialist in car inspections $229 to check everything out.) Good Rides also provided a free CarFax report. A private owner would have done none of this. Was everything perfect? Well, I expected the car to come with a gas tank half full but got an almost empty one. That was the only downside. So, if you want to deal with guys who operate like in the good old days you can't do better than here. I really lucked out. P.S. I live in Stuart, FL.

    Discovered this dealer online my daughter had an interest in a vehicle here arrived met "Tony"…read morestraight forward accommodating no bull obviously my daughter is young so her credit isn't anything to write home about anyhow did our 10 minute test drive Tony went above and beyond to insure she was able to get financing after a few minutes he was able to get her financed also she had a couple of old license plates he worked his magic and saved her couple hundred dollars by using her old plate took his time to explain everything also with her financing got gap we're other locations wanted an extra $900-$1200 for gap also got a 24 months & 24k miles engine, drivetrain, & mechanical extended warranty. Everything went well until 24 hours later when the sliding door wouldn't open we call Tony already had an attitude said bring it in would have his mechanic (not on site) look at it after 18 hours no news called Tony stated to contact mechanic directly mechanic stated project would be extensive and couldn't do anything until next week asked Tony to speak with the owner that's when all shit broke loose & Tony showed his true colors like 99% of used car dealers turned into an asshole said call the warranty company we did they stated would not cover pre existing how in gods name does anyone know what can go wrong with a used vehicle makes no sense, needless to say stay away from this place one of the biggest mistakes we've made once you have a problem they wash their hands of you the owner Stephane Zimmerman will not return your call this Tony jerk is Lucy he's on their property God forbid I run into him elsewhere! Again take your business elsewhere avoid this place like the plague

Since then, the truck has been sitting there for over four months while they go back and forth with the extended warranty company that they themselves sold to me as part of the purchase. Meanwhile, I've been left without the vehicle I bought and paid for. To put it plainly: I owned the truck for one week, and it has now been in their service department for four months. I have essentially been unable to use the vehicle for the vast majority of the time I've owned it. What makes the situation even worse is the lack of communication and accountability from management. I have repeatedly called the dealership trying to speak with someone in management, and my calls were never returned. Getting anyone to follow up has been nearly impossible. When I finally went to the dealership in person to try to get answers, management seemed completely unconcerned. The showroom wasn't busy, and several people appeared to simply be sitting around, yet no one seemed interested in helping resolve a situation involving a truck that has been sitting in their service department for months. The entire situation has turned into a constant loop between the dealership and the warranty company while I, the customer, am stuck in the middle. The truck just sits there, and months go by with no real resolution. When you buy a vehicle and purchase the extended warranty offered by the dealership, you expect that if something goes wrong, it will actually help resolve the issue. Instead, it has resulted in months of delays and frustration while the dealership and warranty provider sort things out among themselves. A truck that you only get to drive for one week before it spends four months sitting in a service department -- with little communication and virtually no urgency from management -- is simply unacceptable. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend purchasing a vehicle or an extended warranty through Arrigo Dodge.

They failed to provide a signed copy of the receipt for three days. He was having problems with his battery, so she told us it was going to be a certain price to have the car looked at and whatever they found that price would be put towards the service. She also recommended he get an oil change which was not actually needed.But it was close to the time.So I said, go ahead and do the oil change. I then went on to their website and there was a special for the oil change at $49.95 which included a complimentary car wash. We ended up replacing the battery, which was $210. When my husband and son showed up to pick up the car, we asked her if she would honor the 10% off service coupon on their website. She then stated two coupons could not be used at the same time.Which we understood.But originally, we were going to just use the oil change coupon and the car had clearly not been washed. From the time we dropped the car off to the correspondence with her during the evaluation and the pickup she had zero personality, very miserable.And no people skills. She also wanted to up sell us on something on his tire thread for $500. We bought the car at coggin honda in fort pierce and we'll clearly making the drive north for any more service due to how rude, inpersonable, and basically lied to us abt what was needed.
