From the very first call, Josh made me feel very comfortable and confident I had found the right company. Every request, every question was met with "I've got you" and he did. Just relax, Josh has you. I was moving some (yes, more than 1) cabinets with glass panels and several antiques. Everything was draped with a moving blanket and wrapped to protect it. I was amazed! Every. Single. Thing. was well protected and secure. He treated my belongings with the utmost care, as if they were his own. Disaster struck when we realized my fancy bed was not likely to make it up to the bedroom. But, once again, Josh had me. His crew navigated those stairs like a boss and got it up there! (It's never leaving, but that's another story). Things WILL happen during your move, that's why you need someone like Josh so that when you panic, his quick thinking and his professional crew can save the day. When you meet Josh and his crew, it's like meeting family because they ARE family. Today he brought his brother and 2 cousins. When you select RD Moving, you are supporting a hard working family and a small businessman who has taken his considerable skills and professional mindset to the next level. RD Moving is the best choice you can make. Josh will guide you through the process and help you navigate the inevitable bumps. His smile and positive attitude will calm any situation and you will have an excellent experience, no matter what arises.

They shattered our TV that they wrapped. Tooked them 2 1/2 hours to load out stuff from Brentwood. Moved slower than I could even imagine, after all they get paid by the house. They called us out multiple times to tell us that they broke stuff, including two buffets. They left without putting together one of our beds that we paid for them to do. We don't even have the hardware to do it ourselves after they moved it for us. We called the office to try to talk to a manager, it took three times to be able to connect with someone. They said they would call us back between 3 to 5 days, and then we could file a claim. The worker said that we were gonna get a big discount, but we didn't see that on the invoice. Have yet to hear from a manager. Absolutely terrible service that you do not want to have to deal with.
