I wish it were different. I started my day at 5:30 a.m. A few minutes later, I spied a giant creature in the highest ceiling corner over the bedroom door. I was horrified. It was paralyzing. After considering burning down my house or moving, I called Simply Green, and once again, they saved my bacon. Less than an hour later, their technician arrived and removed the poor creature. They have managed our pest control for the last five or six years, and it's been a wonderful experience. This is the second time in that timeframe that they have come out to help me - unscheduled. Of course, these things only happen when my husband is out of town. Their responsiveness and customer service is unmatched. They took my irrational fear seriously and improved my day and my week. I first met Ryan over at C&R about a year after we bought a 1.3 acre lot. It was over grown with weeds and such. He explained that since my property was all rock he could use a strong type of week killer and it would keep everything from coming up for 1 year, and that if anything did pop up he would come out for fee to take care of it. His service seemed reasonably priced, and was very affective. The first year I noticed that a few weeds started popping up around 6 months. I called Ryan, he was out within a week or so to spray the trouble areas. The next year, the same thing happened, about 6 months after the annual service weeds and such started to pop up. I call Ryan, this time did not seem to be to happy to hear from me, but came out and sprayed the trouble areas. This year, again about 6 or so months after the annual service the same thing happed. Now Ryan is saying that his service does not include certain types of shrubs, so he will have to charge me a fee to take care of the troubled areas. I was a little upset because this was not the original agreement but I said ok, charge me. Within the last could weeks he has made excuses to not come out. Today I get a text telling me that I am not a good fit for their service, and I should find someone else? beware

I felt like he was honest in his recommendations and I felt comfortable with the product that he chose to use would be safe for my young family and pet. Incredible customer service -- and I appreciate that in between visits they will come back out if needed for free to reinspect if you see any bugs. Our first visit was less than $100 so I feel like that's a great value, considering that he walked the entire perimeter of our home with a broom and checked every nook and cranny luckily he only found two spider webs. This is a company that I want to keep working with and not to mention the owner is an extremely friendly guy. The first spray of the house killed most of the crickets and bugs that we were starting to get bombarded with. A few were hiding so he came back the next month and got rid of the rest of them.
