Replaced driveway, poured cement in windy conditions resulting in cracks and did not replace…read moreaggregate trim as agreed to. Punctured a sprinkler line when breaking up old concrete. Did not seal the driveway or replace sod taken out in the process. Driveway is a bad, or worse than before, with cracks and no aggregate to match entry steps or driveway entry as it was originally. Contractor recommended by Angie's list so I expected, and trusted that the job would be completed as agreed and as paid in full. Very disappointed!

Luckily, my wife was watching as the crew prepared to pour, and noticed no rebar had been put in. She called the owner, who said they had "forgotten". Situation was corrected. The crew disposed of concrete waste in our neighbor's yard. When we complained about it, we were told they'd come back out to clean it up. That never happened. A four inch wide, two to three inch deep trench was left next to the driveway where the framing had been. We were told the crew would come back out to fill that in. Seven months later, that trench is still there. We had, to the best of our ability, attempted to inform the crew of the presence of underground sprinkler lines (often, there was no one on site who spoke English) At least one line was broken, and we were told it had been fixed/capped. Upon turning on our sprinklers again this spring, we found that there is now not enough pressure to run our sprinklers, suggesting that there is another break or that the original break was not fixed properly.
