We hired him to xeriscape our front yard and put tile in our family's small restoom where we had vinyl and he DESTROYED our front yard and ruined our restroom. My family's front yard looks like it was done by a 5 year old and our restroom looks like he put the tile on in the dark. Worst Offensives by this business: 1. complaining about how poor he is; and his constant demands to be paid early 2. disorganization: he constantly leaves his work site because he FORGETS to bring the tools he needs (when asked, Isaac will even tell you that he forgot to bring items because he was up late and was rushing over) 3. no RESPECT for your home or neighborhood: for example, he will (try) to park wherever (he ran over my neighbor's from lawn and garden); 4. no respect for his family: Isaac WILL bring his family to YOUR home while he does his shoddy work; he will treat his family poorly in front of you - it is very unconformable to watch. 5. He told my family that he's from Las Vegas, New Mexico, that his dad is a contractor, he's an outdoors man, he has an architectural degree (I highly doubt this), he's worked for a millionaire woman, and other bizarre and uncomfortable things. Another way to identify Isaac is that he likes to brag about the handyman work he does with photos and videos made by his wife Sofia.
