(It almost seems every car accident in FL ends up here) We worked/interacted with Carmine, Matt and Penny and also met Jim there on one occasion. They were all very helpful and did their best to accommodate our schedules for getting two dents on our car taken care of (one on roof and drivers side rear panel). Although we had to bring back to get car reprogrammed when we noticed a couple of things not working, they were prompt in having us come back and fixed everything. My observations while there a few times is that customers expect things done immediately and don't want to be inconvenienced. But there is a reason Jim's is so busy-they do good work!

My wife did all the arrangements for getting our 12 year old Toyota Prius all nice and shiny and…read moreget the interior to as close to "like new" as we could get. As such, we were willing to pay a decent sum for the job. She dealt with Doug exclusively, got scheduled, and communicated her expectations. She made him aware of how detailed she is, like super mega detailed, and as such she notices things others tend not to. He provided what seemed an appropriate estimate range (especially as compared to others we got quoted from), and we proceeded with them for business. Our car wasn't filthy per se, but it did have some stains we wanted out, and the old car smell, and our cat peed in the seat smell out. Our expectations were for those stains to be gone, and the car to smell nice, the rest is a plus. I'll start with the negatives: the stains on the seat were still there, and some on the door fabric. The positives: Doug and company were extremely professional and communicative. The cars exterior was superb, and it was clear the interior received a lot of work, there were some minor details missed, but overall it was a great job done. For the price I did expect the stains to be gone though, thus the 4 stars instead of 5. If your car doesn't have old stains it can be a 5 star service maybe. The price compared to a different place I took my other vehicle to seemed steep but this particular industry seems to be all over the place, another place quoted us $1000 (Ha!). So overall, if price isn't an issue to you this place is very professional and they did a pretty good job, if your expectation is a "like new" car it might not be possible.

Also to the gentlemen who helped me with the machine at the beginning, like I said - service didn't "suck" and reacting the way you did (laughing) at the joke I'll make sureto tip you next time specifically, but you can keep the receipt.

The fact that the prices are ridiculously high AND they have the temerity to ask for a tip before lifting a finger to clean the vehicle is also baffling. On countless occasions they've failed to do one or all of the following: wipe/clean the dash, cup holders, console, windows, sunroof, mats/carpet, trunk, tires, rims, etc. Folks in the Seminole/Largo/Pinellas Park area can definitely find much better service at another local car wash for much less than the $40 plus dollars these lazy, grifting scammers charge.

That would be a good price, but problem is they didn't actually wash it in the traditional way. There was dirt on the bed cover and grill, and basically smeared around on other parts of the truck. I expected the truck would be fully washed with soap and rinsed with water prior to waxing, but it wasn't. Maybe it's the nature of mobile detailing to not use much water, but I made a hose and faucet available to them. Had I known I would have run it through a car wash first, and this method would have worked. The paint was shiny when they finished, but I could still see dirt on parts of the truck. I hate to leave a poor review and I want this young business owner to be successful, but this is my honest opinion of the service I received, so for me I'll choose another method next time.

My description had been "smells like a dirty old man" and no one disagreed with that. And thus the need for detailing and getting the dirty old man (DOM) smell out. I had tried a different place for getting our less dirty and much older Toyota Prius detailed at, and they did an OK job but not worth the price for the job. This truck being beyond filthy really needed someone with attention to detail and dedication. Sent out a request for quotes through Yelp and got 3 responses. Two of which were "call me for a quote" and one, Elite Care Care Auto Detailing, that answered the request with a quote and information. So already a plus. My description in the original request was thorough, I don't have time to be calling a bunch of places for a quote I already told you the details about. I made arrangements with Stew to drop the car off early, he was very professional and accommodating to my weird schedule which made this so much easier for me. I dropped it off, and I could not believe it was done within about 4 hours. As you can imagine, it made me skeptical of the job done. He stowed the truck for me to pick up the next morning and I was curious all day. When I picked up the truck I was thoroughly impressed with the job. Way more than my experience at a different place for a higher price. The interior was spotless and smelled fantastic. No more DOM smell! No more feeling like I needed a shower every time I got in there. The truck went from 4 years of grime, dirt, dust, spills, snow mud, and who knows what else and NEVER being interiorly cleaned even superficially, to a brand new looking truck. I will without fail take any future vehicle to Stew at Elite Car Care, he and his work impressed me and that is not an easy thing to do. So overall, superb job on the interior clean, great price, highly recommended.
