They said sorry, we don't offer any kind of warranty on our plants unless we plant them ourselves. Poor business practice, considering that I have spent over 5K with them in the last 6 weeks, and over 20K in the last year. They have lost my business over a $200 item, stupid on their part.

I love this place so much! We actually went a week ago (10/04/2025) and missed the fall festival…read morethey had that day because we only knew of another place's fall festival at the time. We were specifically looking for a plum tree to replace the expired plum tree my Mom planted for my grandfather after his passing many years ago and found one and many other items once we arrived. The plants were all incredibly healthy without dead leaves so that tells me they are pretty meticulous about what they sell. They have a gorgeous amount of gift and homemade food items (think honey, jams, jellies, mustards, pickles, relishes, etc.) so we added some of those to our cart as well. I just moved to Tyler and from what I've seen so far, this is the BEST place for plants, trees, shrubs, etc. not to mention unique gift items that I plan to purchase for birthdays and Christmas gifts. I particularly love the events they have planned in the near future too. You can checkout their events page here ... https://plantsoftexas.com/events/. We were there a good 90 mins after we found our plum tree and plants checking it all out and I had a really sweet welcoming conversation with one of the owner's daughters about the business, her family, etc. and it made me feel like I knew her personally and we were friends just catching up. Places like this make me so glad I moved to Tyler and found them for my day to day life needs!

I recently hired Artmire's Urban Forestry & Tree Services for some tree trimming and removal on my…read moreproperty in Tyler--and I couldn't be more pleased with the result. From the very start they showed professionalism, clear communication, and real knowledge of trees. What stood out: They offered a free estimate and visited promptly, explaining what needed to be done (and what needed not to be done) -- which I appreciate from a company that isn't trying to upsell unnecessarily. Their crew arrived on time, worked efficiently and safely, and cleaned up everything thoroughly -- you wouldn't guess there had even been large trees removed from my yard. They demonstrated strong arboricultural expertise: they assessed tree health, identified hazard limbs, gave recommendations for long-term maintenance, and used proper equipment. They offer emergency/24-hour services, which was comforting -- given East Texas weather, having a reliable tree company available is a big plus. The business is fully insured and driven by a genuine local owner/operator, which gave me extra confidence. Why I'll recommend them: They balanced quality and value. You're not just paying for the cut -- you're paying for safety, landscape health and a clean job. They treat both residential and commercial clients, so they know what they're doing whether it's a backyard oak or a large property. If you care about your trees (not just removing them) but also about property safety, they are a very strong choice.

At the same time, we needed two new sets of French doors and all new windows in our 50-year old house. After some quotes, we went with Bullard Siding Co., Inc.. We can't say enough good about Chris, Drew, Justin and Jason. Our finished product looks amazing. We are so well insulated. Rain and gargantuan earth worms will no longer to be able to get in under the cracks of the doors. The windows should save us $$$ on heating/cooling bills. Plus they look nice, they're easy to clean and easy to open. We're pretty much going to live on the porch this summer.
