There was some gutters that were unnecessary which his crew did not replace. They put up fascia board to cover that area. My old gutters were full of crud. Everything looks great now and Mike has honest and fair pricing. One company quoted triple the price, which is just further proof many contractors are just price gouging these days. I highly recommend Gutter Guy.

If I could give zero stars I would. He came out to create a quote. I asked him to email the quote…read morean he said he don't do that. So he texted me the quote. I asked him to come back for a check to get started, which he blew off the first meeting then was two hours late for the next. He walked around the building and said he didn't see the extra 50-60 ft. of gutter and had to send another quote (I was not happy getting jerked around). With the new quote I was ready to go forward if he provided proof of insurance. He went silent after that. I would never consider this guy to work on my property, his attention to detail and customer service is a joke. He puts nothing in writing. Buyer beware! Schedule was not and not or ever an issue. Palmer Painting just completed painting the exterior of our home and it looks wonderful. The owner,…read moreJamison Palmer, is very professional and pays close attention to detail. He and his crew always arrived when he said they would. They were careful to protect plantings, walkways, and rooftop areas. Despite the need to tape-up windows and doors, they always left some accessible to minimize disruption during the job. Everyone was methodical and polite. Palmer Painting power-washed, scraped, caulked, and painted (brush and spray) our cedar siding. They used a moisture meter to ensure wood was dry enough for priming and painting. The end result is fantastic-- it feels like a new home! We highly recommend this company.

We had them clean our house weekly for a year. Three stars because the workers were friendly nice…read morepeople and showed up consistently. The cleanings were okay, not great, but it was awkward to have them come out and redo things as I had to lead these nice people around and show them what they missed or did poorly. So, I usually just cleaned what they missed after they left. I did communicate with the manager via email multiple times over that year so that she would know, and presumably address, things that were poorly done. When our year contract expired we were mailed a letter that increased our weekly cleaning cost by 50% effective immediately. I thought this was rather unprofessional, as most places, from the beauty parlor to the propane company, give you more than four days notice of a price increase, especially such a significant one. I emailed that we were canceling our cleaning and thanking them for their work. They did not respond, but they also didn't show up Tuesday morning so I know they received my message. This lack of any response to my polite email determined that we will not be calling them to clean in the future.

It's the small things like folding the towels in a special way and the toilet paper that does it for me. Our project was a complete kitchen and bath remodel. Removed a wall, moved doors, converted a 1/2…read morebath into a full bath. Replace the flooring, ceiling and walls. We re-insulated the exterior walls too. The project was about 16 weeks long, maybe 2 weeks longer than the original estimate but that was all due to sub-contractor timing. Coffer Contracting worked to keep things on track and worked around the subs. The kitchen is beautiful the attention to detail is very well executed. There were very few changes to the original project and they were all at my request. Like adding the insulation to the project. Coffer was fair on the quotes for the changes. They have a reliable and trustworthy crew and we were very comfortable letting them work when we were home or gone. We took a little vacation during the heaviest demolition. They worked hard to control the dust and keep things clean. The transformation is so amazing that we have a hard time remembering what the old kitchen looks like. Coffer Contracting did the following work - demolition, rough carpentry, management of subs for electrical, plumbing, heating, and drywall. They hung the cabinets, doors installed the shower stall and did all the finish trim on the cabinets. I had a separate contractor do the floors because they were my friends. I would hire them again to do more work. But, I think I will take a rest for a while.
