The operator (Kevin) did an OUTSTANDING job of handling the dance of hooking and unhooking, all while not being able to start the engine on my truck. Honestly, this was the only bright spot in an otherwise crappy day and I would not hesitate to call AAA again for heavy/tricky tow jobs.
