The sales person Charlie met with me and took the appropriate measurements, was respectful of my time, and gave us plenty of options. Their professionalism was what sold me on the company--they were not trying to upsell me, or overcharge like other companies would (one other company gave us a 3 hour sales pitch and quoted 20k for the same six windows). Universal gave us a reasonable price and didn't take up unnecessary time. Eugeniy personally ordered the windows to the custom measurements, and when they arrived he brought one to store so that it wouldn't be damaged in transit. He had recommended that we install a new window in our exit door and it was the right call--that entire area looks much improved! The installers were prompt, professional, and the end result was clean, precise, and expertly done. Eugeniy himself came to check the quality of their work and made sure it was done to his standard before receiving the final payment. It is difficult to know who to trust with these projects--if you're looking for knowledgeable professionals who will meet your budgetary and time constraints, with great communication this is the company you want to go with. We will definitely be back in the future for other windows in our home!

Charlie showed us different options of things that we could do to save money without changing the footprint. Eugeniy kept us informed on the timeline as the windows were being made and then as the installation crew were installing. Completely seamless for us and by far our easiest home renovation project. I highly recommend Universal Windows Direct Of Atlanta.

We called the major window companies for quotes and were shocked by the super-high prices and the pushiness of some sales reps. One rep for a company that advertises on the radio only left my house when I told her she was officially trespassing and that I would call the cops! Enter Windows From Warriors. We found them on Nextdoor, and they had decent reviews. We went to Yelp, read through the reviews, and decided to give them a chance. Their quote was less than half of the lowest price we got from the more prominent companies. I also liked that they have a brick-and-mortar building, are local and family-owned, and were veterans building a business. Jim came out, measured our windows and doors, and we received a quote in less than a week. We agreed to the price, and when project day started, they arrived on time and quickly got to work. Our home took two full days to complete, but we also replaced our three entry doors. Their installers moved quickly, cleaned up wherever they worked, and even reconnected our door contact alarms. They installed the new locksets we had purchased as well. We feel strongly that the expense is truly worth it and increases our home value if/when we sell. I highly recommend Windows From Warriors to update your home. The new windows alone dampen road noise, look great from the street, and make our house look five years old or less!

Five years after my first business with Juan, in a different home in a different part of town, when I had some issues with a window allowing moisture into my house, I was thrilled to see Juan's company show up as someone who could possibly fix my weatherstripping issues. As he did years ago, Juan was quick to respond, easy to communicate with, and he showed up to assess the situation, give me multiple solutions, and a reasonable estimate, and I was more than happy to hire him again to fix my house problems. He showed up on the agreed upon day with a worker, and the two of them got up onto ladders and removed two very high up triangular windows, removed all the rotted wood and replaced them with PVC, painted, replaced and sealed the windows, and was done in a matter of hours. It's been a few days, and we've already had multiple rains, and to no surprise, my leaking issues have completely stopped. Chatting with Juan, I'm very happy to hear that his business has grown throughout the years and he and his team have expanded beyond just glass and windows, and they do all sorts of renovations and home beautification in addition now. I'd be more than willing to hire Juan again for any future home repair needs, and I highly recommend him to anyone else looking for someone who is quick, competent, reasonably priced and does excellent work, whether it's glass, windows, renovations or any other home repairs.

I was told the job would take about 2 weeks. David started a week late and after 3 weeks of actual working, aside from 2 small one off tasks, not a single item had been completed. 2. David was asked to and agreed to match the existing trim in the house which is a 1 x10 with a 1 1"2 trim cap. David installed a prefabricated trim that looked the same, but was 1 1/2" shorter than existing. When I confronted him, his response was oh well that the biggest they make, and told me it would cost me to fix it. 3. David did not work clean. when mixing mud or sanding, he did not use a drop cloth, cover vents, keep the door closed or ventilate the room he was working in. As a result I have sheet rock dust all in my carpets, ducts and all over my home. He was asked to cover light fixtures and wrap additional electrical and he again did not do. He would mix his mud from powder in my kitchen sink, it got everywhere!!!! 4. David does not seem to posses the skill to properly prep the walls for paint and failed to use a halogen light, a common technique by painters to identify flaws prior to painting. As per the scope of work, David was to fix and patch numerous holes in the dry wall where holes were cut to run new wires then he was to prep and paint the room. He spent countless hours attempting to patch and skim dry wall and the work was just not good and much of the patch work was visible as were the lines of his skimming the walls. He attempted to blame the issues on flaws with the original contractor, but his patch work was not good and as to any existing issues there was nothing abnormal that could not be handled in a reasonable manner by someone who knew what they were doing. He was just unable to do this. He painted the room 5 times as the flaws were pointed out and he complained that he was doing all of the extra work when the root cause of the failure was inadequate prep work. After 5 times the room still had issues. There were some other issues, but those are the highlights. After 3 weeks I had little confidence and I could not watch him work any longer so I fired him. I would not use David or Sugar Hill again nor would I recommend.
