Had to schedule it for another day unfortunately, but he called the office and they scheduled me for 5 days later. Luis called me 20 minutes early and arrived on time. He explained that Logan was stuck on another job. Luis jumped in (had the estimate) and did the work in less than an hour. He showed me his work and everything was working. He explained the 2 year warranty on their work and to call him if there are any problems in the next couple weeks. They'll come back out to fix anything that might happen. The cost was on the high side, but not surprising. I already put them in my contacts for the next time I need an electrician.

The job was to add a 3 gang box from a 2 gang box, run new wires from that box to add a bathroom mirror with lighting, and a new light fixture. First, I know they are not contractors, but they cut my wall up so poorly that I'm still trying to get it sorted out. Paid someone else to fill the holes, but they cut so close to the electrical box and then really poorly fastened pieces back on. A real mess that I still have not gotten fixed. See picture. They cut the wall so extensively, and left me with these terrible 2 pieces of drywall that are slivers and screwed them on a really cruddy way. Second, they hung the mirror off level, and off center. Two parts of the same install they did wrong. I pointed this out to them and they tried to say it was level. Not hard to do this work better than this. Third, they mounted the top light fixture offlevel. Fourth, the dimmer they put in does not work. It does not turn on properly, you have to press the button sometimes 4 or 5 times. I pointed this out when they were here and they dismissed it. Pretty much everything they did sucked.

This was after failing inspection on their initial installation causing three trips to my house and days without electricity. Incompetent. Trying to contact them is frustrating. The entire company runs through someone working from home who then has to contact someone else to get any answers. Unorganized. They told me Pepco told them to block my gutters which is just a blatant lie. If they told you to put it where the old one was (like they claim) that would not be blocking a gutter.
