They scrambled to bring us sandwiches (no sides) when I stated that we needed SOMETHING for lunch and then charged us for the full amount of what we ordered originally (which included a $35 pre-paid tip). Lunch was completely insufficient for our group and for the amount we paid. I attempted to take care of this by compensating them for what they did bring, but no response via email or phone. Unfortunately they couldn't handle this professionally and I have been forced to dispute the charge and report with the BBB.

I live in Nashua on the border of mass and probably would have started using this delivery service very frequently and I could have brought in some great business from my company but I am not happy at all about how I was treated in two short conversations and I find that to be really disappointing. I don't have any interest in giving them my business or suggest them to anyone else. The ONLY reason I am giving them two stars and not one is because I like the idea of this service as well as hope that the customer service will improve and maybe in a year or so I will attempt to use this service again when whoever answers the phone has a little more interest in assisting their potential customers.

They are magicians when it comes to sauces, their dishes may have 1 or two sauces included. They usually offer the same meals for two weeks in a row, so it will give you two tries in case you cannot get to everything on their menu. The food is always well designed to last the week, with a Monday delivery in my area. And they do a special holiday meal as well. Their containers are commercially compostable. Some of my favorites include their Lo Main, falafels, BBQ sandwich, breakfast burrito, and loaded burger. I am very thankful to have them around.

Bunny's won't necessarily wow you with quality meats, however, those prices are hard to beat! The chicken legs and thighs are $.99 a pound, ground pork is a little more expensive but still super affordable, and they have weekly specials. Heck, I found $3-$4 ribeye steaks here and they were pretty decently sized. I don't think I'd ever come here for anything other than meat as prices are a bit steep.
