They delivered on the…read morewrong day and then called an hour before my delivery was supposed to happen on 7/24 and said they couldn't bring what we ordered from Extreme Pita. They scrambled to bring us sandwiches (no sides) when I stated that we needed SOMETHING for lunch and then charged us for the full amount of what we ordered originally (which included a $35 pre-paid tip). Lunch was completely insufficient for our group and for the amount we paid. I attempted to take care of this by compensating them for what they did bring, but no response via email or phone. Unfortunately they couldn't handle this professionally and I have been forced to dispute the charge and report with the BBB.

I work straight down west Hollis st, approx a minute from the Nashua borderline yet when I called back he told me they don't deliver that far out... he sounded irritated that I called back to find out how the whole system works and whether or not I should give my card information when I order my food or after. he interrupted me to tell me they don't take cards (which doesn't bother me much at all) but then again interrupted me when I tried explaining where I was located. I live in Nashua on the border of mass and probably would have started using this delivery service very frequently and I could have brought in some great business from my company but I am not happy at all about how I was treated in two short conversations and I find that to be really disappointing. I don't have any interest in giving them my business or suggest them to anyone else. The ONLY reason I am giving them two stars and not one is because I like the idea of this service as well as hope that the customer service will improve and maybe in a year or so I will attempt to use this service again when whoever answers the phone has a little more interest in assisting their potential customers.

The food is always well designed to last the week, with a Monday delivery in my area. And they do a special holiday meal as well. Their containers are commercially compostable. Some of my favorites include their Lo Main, falafels, BBQ sandwich, breakfast burrito, and loaded burger. I am very thankful to have them around.

Our driver contacted us to let us know that apparently the restaurant providing the service never got the order or had some type of problem with the Internet. Soft - soggy and yet rubbery? Ordered with blue cheese and I got ranch - I am allergic to something in ranch. (Mild allergy- I get hives) Also they are small - really small more like quail wings. 0 out of 5 and I would pick on you and call you names if your order their wings. Their meatballs in dough (meatball dunkers) are their saving grace. I wish they wouldn't have cut the meatballs in half for 12.00 I would have hoped for more. 3 out of 5 based primarily on value. Do yourself a favor and either order or go somewhere else. Over all based on food alone I would rate it 1.83 stars based on my extremely scientific methodology.

Bunny's won't necessarily wow you with quality meats, however, those prices are hard to beat! The chicken legs and thighs are $.99 a pound, ground pork is a little more expensive but still super affordable, and they have weekly specials. Heck, I found $3-$4 ribeye steaks here and they were pretty decently sized. I don't think I'd ever come here for anything other than meat as prices are a bit steep.
