Never was I given any assistance or referral to find another florist on such short notice. Was I to reschedule a celebration of life to "a day later"? No apology was ever given- just matter of fact "we will be on vacation ". Why did they take my order and payment then? When I asked for a refund I was told it would take a few days. They have lost my business and I have spread the word. Don't count on them!
