I called from Washington State which means the time zone would be three hours ahead. I needed flowers for same-day delivery to send flowers to my grandma. I got chewed out instead by the person who picked up. She demanded why I would call at 7:30pm. She also said they had been closed all day and then hung up on me. I wanted to give their shop a chance, but was rudely greeted and then hung up on the phone. If you don't want to pick up phone calls because you are closed, please use an answering service or don't pick up at all. What a disappointment.
