I live in an area with many types of birds, including pigeons and seasonal cliff sparrows that like to make nests under the roof gable area. The result can be lots of bird poop on the roof tiles and on the ground under their nests. I used All Pro's bird proofing service for two homes, recommended by a neighbor. The service guys (Manuel and Oscar) were super friendly and answered all my questions about the work process. After removing the empty nests present, they pressure washed the area, and then blocked off the gable areas and underneath the solar panels with hardware cloth to discourage possible future nesting. They also cleaned the top roofing tiles and some window ledges of bird poop before applying a long lasting gel which discourages pigeons from hanging out there. We got ALLPRO for bird-proofing in June 2023. Some areas of the roof in our home were favorite places for pigeons to roost and try to build nests. Also sparrows used to perch on our front door and porch and make lot of mess. We called a few cleaning/bird-proofing services for quotes and all pro had the best pricing and also 5 year performance warranty for the service. Bob got back quickly with an estimate and pricing. The office staff were very friendly and courteous in scheduling the appointment and following up with the process. Since they had a cancellation they messaged ahead and showed up a week before our actual appointment and did an excellent job power washing the window/roof areas and front porch, applying deterrent gel and also covering the pigeon roosting places with mesh. Their name is not accurate, more like Semi pro cleaning The don't come out to your property to actually look at what is required, they just use an image from google maps to look at your property and then give you an bid. Really? How old is that image? Could things have changed? No luck in asking them to come out to give you an accurate and informed bid. First time hired someone to pressure wash & gutter cleaned my house. They showed up in the time provided and what I like the most is they consider what I want to clean first. I really appreciate it when they put shoe covers when they went inside the house. They're pretty fast doing the task. I hired All Pro to pigeon-proof my home a few years back. Upon speaking with the owner, he recommended pigeon gel to deter them from landing on the home's eaves. After application, we had an unfortunate side effect: the finches began to die. Six finches died the day the gel was applied. We found them all around the house. The bird's wings and legs were stuck to their sides and underbellies. Some had asphyxiated; others were alive but were mortally injured from falling from the roof in sticky masses. Though this was not directly the fault of All Pro, when I called the owner asking for help and inquiring about having them remove the gel before more birds died, the owner proceeded to tell me how much work that would be, what a good deal I got, that he already lost money on the job, and that he'd never heard of such a thing happening before. Considering that my husband and I are animal activists and animal rescue volunteers, a warm fuzzy feeling filled our hearts at this news. When I invited the owner to come assess the situation, he refused and repeated that I was taking up valuable time that he could be spending with other clients; his hands were tied. The owner's curt tone, dismissive attitude, and focus on his profit margin pointed to one thing: this guy had integrity! Sadly, we lost over three dozen finches in two weeks time, which we had to pick up with our own hands, making us accessories in this "fowl" play. In the following weeks, the gel hardened into drippy masses all over the eaves of the home. Disappointment doesn't cover how my husband and I feel about this company. They were just callous and clearly not pigeon or rodent specialists. A little compassion goes a long way in business. I reached out to All Pro for help with a pigeon problem I was having under my solar panels. I called on Monday and I was able to get an appointment for Wednesday. On Wednesday the crew showed up on time and explained what they were going to be doing and got to work. I have a 2 story house and found it hard to find someone willing to go that high to deal with the birds and their mess but these guys went up there like nothing and cleaned the bird mess and attached screens around the solar panels to prevent the birds from coming back. They also added screens to the eaves of the roofs to prevent the birds from making nests. After that was all done they cleaned the solar panels so I could get better panel output. Then they cleaned the gutters and I could not believe how much bird poop was in there. Finally they hosed off the ground and made sure there was no evidence of a bird problem. Great group of guys and very efficient they got the whole job done in 3 hours. I will definitely be using this company again for some of their other services. read more

Our gutters and downspouts were a mess - clogged, draining poorly, and too high for us to clean. These folks came, a team of two, and did an excellent job! Our house is 25 years old, and they found construction debris in the top gutters, second story high. And we had paid other companies over the years to do the same work! They pressure washed out everything, which was difficult, because our downspouts never drain above ground, they are connected out to the street directly. They took the time to explain that one does drain, but slowly. I asked if I should book the extra service to bring out the big machine which cleans from the street in. WOW! I have used a few different window companies in the area and All Pro really are PROS! The guys arrived EARLY! And offered to do a few things extra. They even took a paint brush to the rails and really cleaned them! Do you see all the explanation marks??? My Windows sparkle and the screens are so clean I see right thru them. After originally having my solar company install mesh wiring, i began seeing and hearing pigeons on my roof which disrupted my sleep. After finding All Pro on yelp, I requested an estimate for getting bird proofing and gel added. The company was very prompt and patient with all the questions i had and produced a very fair quote. The day of their arrival, they were timely and very thorough. They provided me with pictures that showed the pigeons breaking through the original mesh installed by my solar company. They immediately sent out a new proposal, explained what happened, and the process they would use to clean, re-wrap, and provide the gel to keep the pigeons away. When a cancellation occurred, they were able to add me to the schedule which I am very appreciative as the pigeons have disrupted my sleep cycle. Incomplete job..missed cobweb and tracks on back screen glass door..did not remove the screen as contract stated, missed some bugs on the inside of a couple of window and charged me $100 dollars over the estimate. My hubby wrote the check not knowing about the sunscreen add'l charge and they did not correct him.We do NOT have sun screens and I had discussed this issue with the foreman before they started and he said they were not sun screens. In this case I did NOT get what I paid for. Now that the work is done, I find I have no way to reach them to file a complaint except email. They also left a mess on my deck. All the bugs they got off were on my deck.. They used my own hose and left it on the deck instead of putting it back where they got it and did not turn it off. The hose was bulging when I noticed it. Geez!!. Will not recommend them to my neighbor or anyone else. UPDATE: The owner wanted to make it right and returned my check and sent two guys to come and fix what they missed. I hired this company on a last minute project as I was having a Sunday brunch and didn't pay attention to my dirty windows until the week before. Yikes! Despite a full schedule, they came through for me and washed my windows doing a great job. We were both flexible; I dropped the washing inside, which wasn't really needed, so as to shorten their time here, and they fit me into their already busy schedule. I plan to use them every year from now on, but in the future I will give them several weeks notice! If I could give this guy a negative point review I would. I had these guys do some bird prevention and clean up. They have a 5 year guarantee. I now have a birds nest on one of the treated are. On 4/9 I emailed and called then finally got a call back a couple days later. When I talked to bob he said he was in so cal, and would call me. I asked by when, he says he didn't know, so I forced for an answer, he says by the following Tuesday and slammed the phone down rudely. It than turned into Tuesday, I did not receive a call as I suspected would happen from his rudeness. I decided to call and email and have yet to receive a call or email back. My next door neighbors used this company to clean their roof solar panels and clean up the pigeon mess on their house. When the workers sprayed that roof, they splattered pigeon poop all over my side yard, front porch, water fountain, backyard pool area, patio and all up the side of my home and windows, about 30 feet of pigeon poop splatter all along my side yard. It was very obvious that it was happening when they sprayed, and that a huge, unsanitary mess was being made next door at my home. I saw no effort to contain the spray, or keep it on the property they were working on. The workers ignored my presence when I heard the splatter hit the windows and went out there, inspecting the mess. I do not understand how their staff could ignore a woman and her kids looking at this unsanitary disaster and not clean up the pigeon crap overspray. I would not recommend this company to do business with. Their "All Pro" staff does not do a professional job with respect for properties around them, which are damaged by their work.
