TL;DR: True professionals, best experience I've had with a contractor in any area, excellent materials used, solid all-in-one price, and no hesitation recommending them for your project. Long form experience: I collected bids from at least 3 companies, including All Pro Repipes. The two other companies are well-known entities in the bay (the sponsored ones that show up at first in a Yelp search), and when I met with Christopher Estrada from All Pro, he was by far the best. Courteous (put on shoe coverings as he walked through our home, even though I have 3 kids so it's a mess anyway!), wasn't in a rush, no upselling, reassuring, knew what would need to be included to bring our supply lines/water heater up to code, etc. He provided a quote on the spot, in writing. Love that. I waited about a week, and again, Christopher was the only business that followed up about the proposed work. That's the sign of a true professional, treating everyone and every opportunity with care and consideration. I signed a contract with All Pro and right away was impressed with the communication from their Office Manager Abril. I got a call/email the day before with how to prepare our home for the work (clearing spaces under sinks, etc.) which were all very helpful and put me at ease with such a big project about to proceed. Morning of, Jose and his crew of about 6 professionals showed up when they said they would and got straight to work. Covered walking paths, put up plastic to cut down on dust/debris, and left by 5:30pm with our home completely done with high-quality PEX A, expansion fittings, insulated hot water lines, copper stubs, new tub/shower fixtures, all with the company's lifetime guarantee. Water was only off for 6 hours. Next day, smaller crew came through to patch the walls and do minor touchups after the city inspector came through. To me separately (workers were out of earshot), the city inspector said "Nice clean work, good materials, really well done", which is very reassuring. He was training a newer city inspector, so this guy has seen plenty of job sites, and that meant something for him to give that type of compliment. I just got my final inspection which we passed as expected. I have All Pro Repipes helped with water repipe recently and they did excellent works. I contact All Pro and they have Christopher came over to give me a quote. I have discussion with Christopher about several potential areas that might need works. He gave me honest evaluation about what he recommended to do and not to do. After the quote, I called him like 2 times to clarify the works or discussed additional potential works. He always responded promptly. I decided to proceed with them for the repipe. The repipe work was done in one day. They came in 8:30am for the repipe work and completed the work in around 3:30pm. They kept things clean, put on floor carpet to cover walking area, put temporary dust barrier to avoid dust flying to other areas, and even swept the part of floor around the carpet after the work was done. All their staffs were happy to communicate and addressed any concern I had. The city inspector came the other day and got final approval on the spot. Another thing I like to mention is that they were always on time. After the repipe and the payment was cleared, I found that one of my wall outlet has no power. I contacted Christopher and he came after. After spending some time to diagnose, he found that I forgot to turn on the switch that controlled the outlet. So it was my mistake. I actually felt sorry for taking his time for this but he said it was ok. My experience shows that they honor their warranty and provides support after the work. It is great to work with a company that acts the same before and after their work. So far after the repipe work is done for a couple of weeks, there is no leak and the wall restoration is excellent. I had my house repiped (also water heater and toilet replaced) and sanitary line replaced by All Pro. I had gotten an estimate through a different company, One Day Complete Repipe. But on the day of the work, All Pro Repipes trucks rolled up. I was a bit confused, but when the job was completed, they were a pleasant surprise. All Pro managed everything from start to finish, including drywall repair and City permit filing and inspection. Inspection revealed only very minor issues which were promptly taken care of. A week later, I was having issues with a minor drip at the shower. Within 2 days, they were back out to replace the cartridge. Work was completed in 2 days,1 day for the repipe and another day for the under-house waste line replacement. Dust control I would rate as average. Before work started, they placed dropped cloths and installed dust curtains. By the end of the day, the dropped cloths were bunching up and the curtains were falling. A fine layer of dust was noticeable in the house. Not unexpected. Their office is OUTSTANDING. Very customer oriented. Pleasant and very responsive to emails. Perhaps the highest form of compliment and confidence I can give is repeat business. I have had them out for other plumbing work. Talk about man power, a crew of seven showed up in the morning, on time and was able to re-pipe a 3-unit property in one day including replacing 100 gallon water heater. Julio is extremely honest and knowledgeable during the estimation process. He gave me a very decent price. Julio told me that the pipes in walls were changed to copper already, when the previous owner remodeled the bathrooms. He is sure that the main water pipe is PVC already, so there is no need to change it. The other two companies that I asked for quotations didn't mention the copper pipes in wall at all, and also suggested me to change the main pipe to PVC. The final quotations from those two companies are more than double of Julio's estimation. When the two other companies asked me why I didn't choose them, I was so happy telling them that I received an estimation that matched my research and knowledge better! The re-pipe process went smoothly. Re-pipe was completed within one day. The crew of five came in around 8:30am, and finished re-pipe and the installation of a new water heater around 6:30pm. They cleaned up well and spent some time walking with us to show their work. The next day, city permit inspector inspected and said the team had done a good job. After researching repipe companies here and as many places as I could find reviews, I found they and Repipe had been mentioned under the positive reviews from some of the other 'big' companies. Julio scheduled the estimate inspection promptly and walked me through options, from where I wanted the main, to how or if I planned for Water filter/softener systems, and the pros/cons of different piping options (Copper, PEX, combo, etc). Chris showed up with the team and they were very careful, very professional and incredible efficient. Our 1200sqft house was repiped (waterlines only) by 2pm. I immediately noticed the water pressure difference (70 year old pipes). Inspections came like clockwork the following day, and the wall repair just 2 days after the pipes were completed. I was very impressed with how unnoticeable it was, that they had opened any walls at all. Additional notes: The city had a leak in the street and Chris/Julio took care of ensuring the city came out. I noticed an uptick in my water bill - Julio inspected the house, and come to find out, it had nothing to do with their work - I had a bad solenoid on one of my sprinkler lines (stayed on). This is my first yelp review. I'm writing because satisfaction and value are so hard to come by Julio and his crew arrived on time and got busy working like a well oiled machine. These guys are impressive to watch, they each know their role and support each other beautifully doing high quality work! I was doubtful they'd get the job done in one day, but I was so wrong. They never let up. Their prices are better because they are better and work harder. We passed inspection the next day and all the clean up work was completed to my full satisfaction. Including the patch job on my vintage 1928 lath and plaster walls. I had one bid that demand an added $2000 to just deal with the San Jose inspection. Not with All Pro! Best contractors ever! We needed to have our homes pipes replaced as our water was coming out orange and the pipes were very old. We had multiple company's come out to provide quotes. Julio and his team were sent out by Repipe Specialists to replace our homes pipes. They showed up on time the day of the scheduled job, Julio reviewed all of the work that would be done and answered all of my questions. He even added an additional shut of valve to an area of pipes I wanted to keep in our back yard in case they ever break (I use them for watering the garden). They went above and beyond to lay plastic and floor coverings to keep my home clean as possible during the work. They replaced all of the pipes in one day and were very respectful of our home. The following day again they showed up on time, waited for the inspector and patched up all of the areas that had to be opened for the re piping. Very positive experience hiring Julio's team to repipe my 3-BR, 2-BA townhouse in Sunnyvale. The galvanized piping was 50+ years old and very rusty, so I had very poor water pressure before the repiping, plus risk of a burst pipe. Julio's team replaced all the piping in one day, plus a second morning to patch the walls. They hung plastic sheets everywhere to prevent dust from getting the rest of the house/belongings dirty. Water pressure is fantastic now. They also provided new tub fixtures for the 2 bathrooms, which saved me a lot of trouble since the old fixtures were semi-broken. I was dreading re-piping to copper a duplex. I got several quotes and Julio was the most knowledgeable and professional. He actually went under house to look and checked main line feed to home. Pricing was great too. The job could not have gone smoother. One day a team descended on duplex and did the re-pipe. I set up a time in advance and they were there the day I needed them. They took all the old pipe out and did a good job of cleaning up. They were very coordinated and punctual with all inspections to get the final in a timely manner. Their sheetrock tapers repaired all walls opened up (small holes) so honestly, you could not see at all where the patch was. And the office support person was an awesome communicator. I had my house repiped by AllPro and I am very pleased with their work and service. They are very responsive! I always worry about companies not following through with their warranty promises, but not this company. Before leaving for vacation, I turned off the main switch and turned on the faucet to make sure no water coming through, but the backup pressure made a super loud clanging sound and so I thought the pipes broke. Upon my return, I called the company and Christopher came to my house in less than 30 minutes! I also want to say that Abril, the office secretary (I think) is super good about returning calls and keeping you informed of the latest. There was no issue with the pipes, the sound came from the backup water that hit the inside of the water tank. They told me to just turn off the main switch next time and turn it back on slowly when I return. Very pleased with their service. This is a good company to work with. All Pro Repipes are the best!! I had a minor water leak in the garage. After getting three estimates to repipe the house in Pex, I selected All Pro Repipes as Julio answered all my questions and wrote things I wanted in the contract so we were all on the same page. Of the thee estimators he was the most knowledgeable by far. His crew, headed by Carlos, showed up at 8:00 AM and had cleaned up and left around 5:15 PM with all faucets working. I really didn't think they could do it in one day. The city inspector came the next day and approved all their work without any problems. The crew to patch all the walls was scheduled for two days later, but that had to be be moved out a day due to an issue at another site. After working all week, the crew showed up on Sunday and did an awesome job repairing the wall and texturing where necessary. They were here from 9:00 to 4:30 and left the house cleaner than when they arrived. If it wasn't for the difference in color, you'd never have known the walls had been cut open. We recently got all our piping replaced with copper pipes. Julio provided a very competitive quote and had detailed all the scope of work accurately. On the day of work, Chris and his crew came sharp at 8am and were able to finish repiping by 5. All pro just re piped our home in Hayward. Their bid was the lowest and they installed a new water heater and shower and tub fixtures that we provided at no additional charge. They came on time and did a great job. The 5 man crew was done in about 7 hours including running a new line to the street. It was raining on and off but they had put down drop cloths so when they left you could hardly tell they had been here. We would certainly use them again and recommend them to anyone. read more

My wife and I had 2 other estimates and theirs were by far the lowest.. but don't confuse this for low quality work. In an industry where name brand, big companies sub-contract companies like Julio's.. they basically pay Julio's price, and then they gouge their prices to you, the customer, and finesse their product to justify their ridiculous prices. Julio is a very humble and modest person who's work speaks for itself in volumes! He was at times a little hard to get a hold of, but this is understandable with the amount of work and different jobs he's handling at once. However, with a little patience, he will get back to you and answer your questions. On top of the Re-piping of the house, he replaced our Water Heater, removed and disposed one of our vanities, and was able to accommodate a few miscellaneous requests we had around the house. If I could give them a minus 100 I would!! I have filed a police report which has nothing to do with their work. Yes they showed up when they said they would and yes, they were very nice, BUT, they had a terrible time installing my plumbing. It took months and multiple visits by the city inspectors before they almost got things right! I am going to have to hire someone to come and correct the installation of one of my faucets. I don't ever want them inside my house again!! I had contracted with Re-Pipe Specialists from their TV add and Re-Pipe Specialists sent All Pro to do the job.
