    Noted fence flush in review

Service Requested was large job of 1/ front patio 2/ back patio 3/ path to back fence 4/ side paths of house 5/back porch 6/ front porch 7/ large set of stairs..this service was influenced with Jon and Ned's experienced vision shared in an consultive nonpushy way. Quality was excellent. Note craftsmanship in pics particularly of 1/ clean angles and curves 2/ flush positioning to existing fence 3/ attention to detail in step of back patio where the land wasn't level and this detail took a weakness to an attractive fix. It looks better than anticipated Value in the 1/flexibility of working with Jon and Ned 2/ customer service and focus 3/ project timeliness Thanks again for the great job!

Beautiful driveway and patio completed for my elderly mom. It's smooth for her wheelchair and walker and very attractive.

    Credit cards accepted

CONSUMER BEWARE!!! We received an estimate for a very large concrete driveway to be ripped out with replacement in asphalt along with paver edge, apron , walkway and new steps. Having received multiple estimates from other companies one of which recommended a drainage system we asked Ned the salesperson and brother of owner about this component. He said I don't feel a drainage system is necessary we will be regrading your driveway and all runoff will either go into your backyard or into the street away from the house, however if we wanted to he could put in a small system for 3 gutters to drain into under our new asphalt driveway with no access to it upon completion. We asked many questions concerning the integrity and risks of having this system under the driveway. We were told there was no need for access since the water would be clean simply from 3 gutters and volume would not be an issue. My husband and I felt he was the expert and provided accurate honest information, therefore we chose to use his company All Pro Paving and masonry. We were told either himself or other owner Jon would be on site at all times when work was being performed. Furthermore the payment could be in the form of cash, check or credit card, he further went on to say " no one pays in cash anymore". Our driveway was removed and leveling began, from what I could see they were not preparing for drainage system. I texted and called Ned to discuss, he replied that goes in later. Ultimately the other owner Jon showed up to my home and when I questioned him about drainage system he replied that wouldn't work, it would destroy your driveway and anyway we don't do drainage systems, further going on to say "Ned lies", Jon additionally said with the new way they were grading our driveway a drainage system would not be necessary. This is the point that my gut wanted me to stop the project, however I unfortunately didn't. Neither owner was on site as promised, resulting in us as the homeowner overseeing the project and pointing out things that were going unfinished. Text messages were sent, an owner would show up and have the men finish the work correctly. When it came time to pay, Ned informs me that my husband said we would pay cash! This was an absolute lie! Our intention was to pay with a check or credit card as we were told these were acceptable forms of payment. This is when the begging/ strong pressure bordering bullying to pay in cash began!!! Jon went on to again say Ned lies and they do not accept credit cards, however if you look at their website credit card is listed as an acceptable form of payment. Unfortunately one day after the asphalt was placed it had rained. Our new driveway had puddling in areas we had never experienced before. We texted them about puddling, response " asphalt is new and sticky, that will stop when it dries", in response I reached out to a family member who had been in the commercial asphalt business for over 35 years for confirmation of this information, his response"no, that is absolutely not the truth". We met with owner Jon to again discuss payment, in addition to drainage/puddling issue. His response "you're going to have some puddling , could have used a drainage system"!!! By the end of the job we discovered both owners are pervasive liars and play one against the other! At this point we have waited a week for the cleanup of the second mess they have left behind. We have reached out to Jon who promised twice they would be here the next day, stating "if not I will do it myself". BTW we cleaned the first mess which included large pieces of concrete, asphalt and rocks shallowly buried in raked topsoil along edge of our front lawn, texted owner, response " leave it we will fix it tomorrow". As a result of the whole process with ALL PRO PAVING & MASONRY we are extremely frustrated and disappointed with the unprofessional manner in which they operate!!!

Thank you John and All Pro Masonry and Paving, can't wait to work with you again!
