I was wrongfully fired by new owners , I was at all pro for 14 years and fired when new owners took over ! Wrongfully fired as the two brothers that own the place made me feel So uncomfortable with the way they acted towards me ! This place is a disgrace with the new owners ! read more

I will never shop at this store again. My husband purchased a chair pad in preparation for upcoming hip replacement surgery. He thought it would be best to have all equipment he would need post surgery at home. His surgery was 10 days after the purchase. Post surgery he realized that the chair pad would not work. It was too high to place on a chair. A simple pillow was a better alternative. 5 days later I attempted to return the unopened chair pad. The wrapper and price sticker of $60 still in place, with receipt. I was told that the return policy is only 3 DAYS from purchase with original receipt. I could come back to speak with the manager 2 days later. When I returned,, the manager reiterated that there is a 3 day return policy. "Sorry this wasn't mentioned at time of purchase." We try to always shop local when possible. Now we understand why Amazon is a good option. We do not recommend All Pro Medical Supplies of Patchogue. read more

I visited them last Thursday to replace the rubber tips on a quad cane. Staff told me how to measure for new tips. At that time I discussed the problem of replacing the "ski skids" from my Stander Walker. Staff told me to bring in the walker so that they could assist me in removing the worn skids. I live two towns east of the business. I arrived Friday afternoon. They denied offering me help , and I had to leave with the unattended walker. I will never buy anything from them. I was going to return for the cane tips and was also considering the purchase of a rollator walker. I am a World Trade Center patient with mobility problems. read more

Avoid at all cost!! This business is unable to assist during a critical time of our families needs. Dealing with a dying father and ailing mother, they refused to return our calls and were unwilling to address our issues. Nothing gets done without SAL (mystery owner) that never seems to be in the office. Even if SAL seems to be working, issues still don't get addressed. They over charge on hospital bed rentals and place the responsibility of scheduling a return of their equipment on the customer. They are a glorified paw shop/storage facility with inept staff and an incompetent owner. There are plenty of other businesses on the island that are professional and kind during difficult times. BEWARE. read more

Unbelievable! The owners from Medford chemist brought this store and fired the manager carol who has been there for years and years. I have been a loyal customer of all pro and just seen on social media they fired carol. She has always very professional & loyal to me as a customer. What a huge loss to that store. I will be going else where for my medical supply needs. You guys lost a great person. Wow read more

Placed a prescription back in December. Then I was told the person handling my case left the company. Then my prescription was lost. Then in March, they no longer handle custom made shoes. Three months later! Very sad way to run a medical supply business. read more

If I could give this place a zero I would...they are LAZY LAZY LAZY and RUDE...they said they accepted no fault insurance but then when they need to call or do anything for verification they tell me "oh nope I'm not calling you call" meanwhile adjuster is the one they need to speak with not me!!! Then they have the wrong info regarding my prescription which I have corrected with them 3 times and for some reason they still have the wrong info!!! They are the worst and treat their customers like crap...I can only wish that they have to go through my pain and have no one help their lazy asses!!! Too bad they didn't shut down with Covid because they don't deserve to be open helping those in need...Shame on them!!! read more

I gave the 2 stars for the orthotist as they seem very knowledgeable. The business staff is less than to be desired! I paid by credit card last February for medical equipment I received for an upcoming surgery. In May I realized I had not been reimbursed as I had surpassed my medical out of pocket by $$$ so I called them. After about 20 phone calls and many hours on the phone I finally convinced them to send my claim to the insurance Company My insurance company paid them in November!! I had to make 2 more calls to get my reimbursement check!!! I did finally receive my check in full! Not a happy customer to say the least! read more

CROOKS!!!! this Merchant told me that if I pay through insurance they would charge me $500. they encouraged me to use my credit card to pay for it. I listened and paid for it with my credit card and today I received a bill from the insurance company saying I owe $493 for this shoulder sling. Merchant billed me twice for this item read more

All Pro Medical Supplies was recommended by my physicians, and i was impressed. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. I walked in and welcomed with open arms, eagerness to assist and help me with my medical needs. Isabella, Thank You for your assistance, you are awesome. You handled my medical documentation with zero complications. The medical professional on site provided me with my medical equipment, fitted, tested and advised on proper usage. Please keep up the good work. I will definitely recommend without hesitation. read more

I had a very positive experience at All Pro Medical Supplies Inc. in Patchogue. The office staff were so personable, helpful and kind. They made my experience so pleasant. I wanted to acknowledge Michael, the Orthotist, who is a hidden gem. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, personable and compassionate with his customers. He spent a lot of time helping me and made sure my needs were met and that I received quality care and service. He made everything run so smoothly. I also want to recognize John in billing who was exceptionally helpful, smart and spot on. He saw too it that he fully resolved a question I had from start to finish in the best possible, time efficient way and was very accurate with his assessment. He is very kind to his customers and truly went the extra mile. I really appreciated his help and it is so comforting to know he is there. I highly recommend this location . read more

All Pro Medical Supplies Inc. in Patchogue has some amazing people and Casey is one of them. She is so gracious warm and helpful and totally extended herself to us today. She has a lovely demeanor, cares truly about her customers and left a lasting impression. She went out of her way to help us today and for that alone she is so worthy of acknowledgement. It is very comforting to know that Casey is available should we need her services. I highly recommend this location that Casey represents at Pro Medical Supplies Inc.........You will be well taken care of. read more

Their customer service has steadily declined during the past ciuple of years. Wr have been getting much needed supplies for catheterization for over 5 years. The past 3 deliveries, were delayed over a month and caused considerable stress and heartache on us. Their message on hold os a joke. I don't know about the rest of their business, but the medical supply part leaves a lot to be desored. read more

I would give them no stars if that was possible. This staff is so unprofessional and rude. I went in there to ask a question about something for my daughter and this women literally had the nerve to look laugh under her breath and go not with that insurance and walk away from me. Now first off, I work in the healthcare field and if my boss ever heard me speak to any of my patients that way I would be fired on the spot. Also, the fact that her supervisor is sitting right behind her and doesn't say a word goes to show that none of them have any respect. I have spoken to my child doctor who sends all his patients here and have told him he should reconsider and try to find a new company because this place is absolutely horrible. If you can go somewhere else I highly recommend it. Also, they are a rip off what I needed for my daughter they were like you can rent it for $100 deposit and $50 a week, when I got back to work I can purchase a brand new one for $100. I will avoid going there at all costs now even if it means traveling further then i would like and I will make sure that I do not send anyone there EVER! read more

I went to purchase a medical item in the Patchogue N.Y store & was attended to by a female clerk name Carol who told refused to help me. She stated "I don't want your kind in here so leave!" She was rude to me & refused to help me also in 2018. Now I know she did so because I'm a woman of color. I've been unsuccessful in trying to reach the CEO of the company to report her so I'm doing it here. read more

This store is wonderful! The staff was so helpful, knowledgeable and compassionate. They took the time to teach us about the equipment and answer all of our questions. All the staff was terrific and especially the three we worked most closely with Carol, Jay, and Ken. They were great in helping work with both the doctors office and the insurance company. I highly recommend this store to anyone in need of medical equipment and supplies. read more

This place is the worst. The people here are thoughtless, inconsiderate and just plain rude. The woman who was supposed to help me was too busy shoving food in her face, simply mumbling, "Well you'll just have to wait." No I don't. Not for you. I was stupid to even think to come back here again. Won't make the mistake again. Be forwarned. read more

I don't understand the terrible reviews, went there to get my functional brace and it went perfectly, they were very welcoming and the lady who fit my brace was super sweet and really helped, if there is an insurance problem that's because of your insurance company, not all pro medical so relax with these one star reviews read more

Submitted by Barb P. Suffolk County, NY I find it extremely difficult to understand the negative reviews. I have been a loyal customer at the All-Pro Medical Supplies located in Patchogue, NY for the past 10 years. Due to a severe Neurological Disorder, I am limited to a Golden Technologies Lift Chair. I purchase all Durable Medical Equipment from All-Pro, and each time have received the quality of service and attention, which has become a thing of the past decades ago. The staff is extremely knowledgeable about their products, and takes your personal needs into consideration. I am not an easy customer, and have tested their patience to the max, and have never felt rushed. Based upon their inventory of medical equipment, they have never been less than compassionate. The hell I have experienced stems from our Healthcare System, with Policies which violate ADA and Civil Rights Laws, and excessive gate-keeping at the Insurance level. In defense of the front staff, they have been professional and helpful without exception. Finally, the Patchogue location is clean and well organized. Anything less would not be tolerated by the Director. I can only assume that the negative comments refer to a different location. As a customer, I would not tolerate the conditions you describe. As an American-born citizen, I am also sick and tired of corporations who have out-sourced their customer service and manufacturing---this should be our primary grievance. Thank you for listening. read more

This was the worst experience I have had with ANY business. The staff was rude, the product was of poor quality and the place was a disgusting mess. I needed a cane and my orthopedist sent over a prescription on Friday. When I called All Pro Medical Supplies they said that they had 4 faxes ahead of me and would try to get to it by the end of the day and, if not, to come in Saturday for it. I went there on Saturday and was told that it wasn't done. I explained what I was told on the phone and they basically through up their hands. Then I told them that I wasn't leaving without my cane and would wait until it was done. "Magically" my order was complete in 5 minutes. They pointed to the canes without any eye contact and told me to choose. It was the wrong kind of cane and because they were so incompetent the day before, now my doctor wasn't in to fix the wording of the prescription to their liking. I had to take the wrong kind of cane because I really needed it. There are plenty of place to get medical supplies so you have a choice. Choose to go elsewhere, anywhere else but this god-awful place. Losing business will either force them to change or go out of business. Either way that's a win. read more
