My truck broke down 5hrs away from home…read morethanks to the damn DPF system... on top of that I had a load I still needed to complete before a certain time. The owner Rafael Jurado went above and beyond because not only did he get my truck breathing waaaayyyy better, he offered me his truck to go complete my delivery. He had all his guys drop everything they had to do to work on my truck and to my surprise, they finished it by the time I make it back to his shop. Thank you once again and I would highly recommend his business to anyone in the Princeton Tx area or even out of towners! He charged me about $800 to replace the alternator and said that was the culprit. After guaranteeing me that the lights work fine, i drive it that night and to my surprise, they still dont work. Today i go back and he stays in the back without acknowledging me and talks through his workers. They give me the loop around in the end and saying they no longer have the old alternator and nothing they can do. Don't fall for these scammers.

Generally one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a shop ever. Had this shop supposedly…read morebuild My motor on my 2010 Chevy camaro. it turned into a complete nightmare. charged me $30,000 to rebuild and stroke the motor to a 418 , initially quoted me $12-15k and two months time. After it taking 5-6 months to do the work And many headaches through out the process. The transmission torque converter bolts sheared off and the cog drive belt on the supercharger stripped teeth off. The motor lost compression on cylinder 1 and locked up on the road when the transmission detached from the motor . All after just a 1000 miles. They are blaming the fuel pump (their tuner didn't see a problem with The fuel pump while tuning it??) or they think I drove the car hard at open throttle low on gas racing it. Ignoring their own intake photo that showed 3/4th of a tank of gas. the best part is when they initially installed the "rebuilt" motor they called me telling the car was essentially doing the exact same thing I brought it in for. they told me it was chocking out under boost and that the x pipe was clogged with catalytic converter material, how did they miss this on the initial diagnosis?. When I asked to drive the car to see if it was the exact same, they wouldn't allow me to, telling me I would damage the "new" motor. They put a new xpipe for a $1000 and the car ran fine for them to dyno tune it. Looking at the photos they provide me after the recent failure , im even more doubtful they even built the motor( look at the cylinder walls on the picture im providing). Their solution was to pull the motor for free but still pay their machine shop labor and parts and no solution or answer of why my torque converter bolts broke off after they just installed it other than blaming the fuel pump. I towed my car out of this place and I will get to the bottom of this issue with a different shop. I will be taking legal action against this company. Don't trust these people. take your car to a different shop.

I received the truck back on July 24, 2024 with a bill for $391.21. The diagnosis provided was that they found nothing wrong beyond maybe an alignment. Because I've been driving 15 years I suspected that this was incorrect and along with money wasted, pretty much an unarmed robbery: I went to TAT Express, and Levi Truck Stop to be fair and received disturbing news. They stated that this company's actions were reckless and that the vehicle has a driveshaft that is loose beyond DOT limits and that the Kingpins are at 60 THOUSANDST and that it was a simple diagnosis and that with the proper equipment it would have only taken less than 30 minutes. I will be contacting Consumer Affairs, The AG of TX and filing a FRAUD complaint. I cannot begin to express the disappointment and disgust I feel at this moment, as I went to them in good faith and instead came face to face with a common thief!
