The brand new stove we had purchased in August of 2025 looked like it had never been cleaned - thanks to California Cleans, it looks new again! I reached out through Yelp and Vina (the Owner) responded same-day and quite quickly I booked our first cleaning for the following week. The plan was to have an initial cleaning and if all went well, we'd continue to have monthly cleanings. On day of cleaning, Vina arrived right on time and did a walk through to assess the level of cleaning needed for the first time, set expectations, and discuss pricing and scheduling. Vina's very professional and everything discussed sounded reasonable. Vina determined a deep cleaning would be necessary for the 1st time and the additional cleaning of the inside of the stove was quoted as well. Vina left and the two cleaners came in with all their supplies and got to work right away. Around 3 hours later, the cleaners were all done and our 2-story approx 1,800sqft house was immaculate and smelling fresh and clean. I text Vina to arrange payment which we agreed to complete via Zelle. Then, we set up a plan for Vina to text me at the beginning of each month to schedule the month's cleaning. April 1st Vina text me and we scheduled April's cleaning for the following week with a tentative timeframe. Day before, Vina text me to confirm the exact time. Day of cleaning, the same 2 cleaners came a few minutes after the scheduled time and same as before brought their supplies in and got right to work. Two hours later, they were done and the house was just as clean as the 1st time. My husband and I have both been very pleased with Home Cleaning Home service and are so glad we found them! Pricing for our size home (2-story, 3 bed, 3 bath, 1,800sqft) is $250/month and although it's significantly more expensive than a friend pays for her house cleaning, we feel it's worth it and that cleaners deserve to be paid a living wage so we're happy. It was clear the just moved a mop around but didn't try to actually get the dirt off the floor. We asked them to scrub the walls to get the dirt and grime off and the walls looked like they had zero elbow grease put into them. Again, just like they had barely put some product onto the wall but didn't actually scrub anything off the wall. Would not recommend this service, as they finished a 1700 sq foot house in 2 hours.

In total servepro was in my home for a little over 3 weeks working to dry up the water, and demo the bathroom. I would absolutely recommend to anyone needing water mitigation. Minus 1 star: when billing was collected, the majority of the charges were covered by insurance less our deductible. When the office called to collect payment they listed my payment options, credit card being one of them. I decided to use my card to get the points, the woman on the phone then informed me she would need to charge me an additional 3.5% to use my card, and that it's not up to them but the bank charges that fee. I personally think this is absolutely ridiculous, I too own my own business and I would NEVER pass the fee of accepting card payment onto the customer. Paying a fee to accept cards is part of the cost of doing business, it is also a tax write off at the end of the year. Bad business practices in my opinion.
