It was returned 29 days later with the same, unfixed problem - my mower was returned to CT. My yard grass is overgrown, I am out $500, and I am going to have to hire someone to cut my grass because there's no telling how much longer I am going to have to wait to have my "top of the line" mower fixed. W.E. Deming, "Father of Quality Management" said that 94% of all company problems are caused by management. It appears that CT management needs some additional training. Consumer Beware.

I own a couple businesses, and I know good service when I experience it. The mechanics and sales staff were top notch. Money well spent. 10/10 would recommend Craig Taylor all day every day.

After taking steps to contain it we contacted John at Alaska Abatement. While it's usually best to simply contain asbestos, John understood our concerns and quickly agreed to come harvest a sample for testing. We are traveling in a small RV/trailer in Alaska from Washington State. Our table that folds and…read moretransforms into part of our bed broke. A bracket was not properly welded and separated from the other piece. We had initially stopped by another shop a block away and were dismissed and not taken seriously. We stopped by this shop without much expectation and Jim at the front office immediately came out to look at our table. He mentioned that it was an easy job and they could fix it right away. Don? maybe Ron? worked on our table for less than 5 minutes and even reinforced another part of the table to make sure it would work OK. I asked for the fee of the service offered and said it was free! I offered a tip and it was kindly refused. They were happy to do it and did not expect anything in return. We went in search of a service and expected to pay, this was way to generous. If you read this, please spread the word. It is great to find caring, honest and good service in this world. Especially when you are far from home. Thanks Jim and Don? Ron? !!!!

There's a nice lady who greets you as you walk in and asks if you are looking for something. They have a fudge counter, they have almost an entire hallmark store with cards as well as Disney, ornaments, and all their hallmark trinkets. Christmas ornaments were 25% off I am not sure if even hallmark does that. They also have all kinds of gift things, even for kids. Unique items like dyed wooden utensils which were cool. They also have a post office in the back! They also have actual hardware store items like chain saws, a whole Stihl corner, garden section outside, Christmas items on sale, key copy center, kitchen supplies, anything. Not sure on pricing, if they are more spendy then big box places you would think to buy a chainsaw, or if their hallmark things are they same price as a hallmark store. I could go on but just check it out for yourself if you have someone with a birthday coming up and need a gift. You'll probly find something you want too.
