Ish is the man! Even if he says a certain ring will be hard to resize, I know he can still do it making any ring even better than what the ring was originally. He worked on my silver wedding ring which was a ring within a ring, and the ring inside spins. He said it would be hard to resize because it was a ring within a ring with the ring inside that spins, but he did it anyway, and he made it better! Not only does the ring fit my finger now, but there is no line in the inner ring where it showed that it was sealed together; it's now one flawless circular ring within a ring, and the inner ring still spins! Wow! One more time, Yelp came through! I feel so lucky I found this place because "Ish" was great! I came in because one of the prongs on my engagement ring was bent and the diamond was loose. Ish adjusted my setting to sit lower to avoid snags and bangs, he repaired the prongs and set the ring back in to place since I banged it up so much at the gym. He gave me the third degree about wearing it to lift weights & I wasn't at all annoyed because I know that he cares. It felt like a Dr. Visit because he wants to see me in a few weeks to see how the ring is holding up. If I continue to be hard on it, he is going to add two more prongs. The owner "Ish" is a delight to work with-he knows his gems, and will give you a fair deal on diamonds. The store needs a little bit of updating, but the customer service makes up for it! My wife came here this morning and left extremely happy. She called a few minutes before opening hour and the owner answered and said he would be right there. She went there because it is the only jewelry repair place within 30 miles from where we live that opens at 9am and received 5-stars for reviews. The prongs on her diamond ring were loose and the original seller was too far away for a repair so she went to this store. The owner happily showed her why the prongs were loose and explained how he was going to fix it, which he did. The owner was extremely friendly, trustworthy, knowledgeable and understood she was in a rush. She was in and out in less than 10 minutes. No wonder why this place received so many great reviews. I've been going to see Ish for years for all things jewelry-related, whether for my wife or me (like watch bands). He takes the time to get know his customers and their preferences. The crowning achievement of his talent was when he designed a new wedding ring for my wife. Working from a crude drawing I give him, he designed a ring using her existing stones, plus others from a couple of inherited pieces. The results were stunning. He prepared a wax mock-up to make sure it was what she wanted, and it was absolutely perfect in every way. The price was very reasonable for the outstanding level of craftsmanship. Ismael ("Ish") was so great! My finger was so swollen after trying to pull a stuck ring out of my finger. Nothing worked for me on getting my ring out for the last 2 years (i.e. Windex, ice, floss, hot water). The hot water trick was the last one I tried and my finger got so swollen that it was unbearable. The ring couldn't even be turned around the finger. Came to All Phases Jewelry and Ismael helped me cut the ring off. He was so nice and didn't even charge me. I will be coming back when the swelling settles down to fix and resize the ring. So based upon the favorable reviews here, I visited All Phases this week. When you meet Ish the first time, it's like running into an old friend. You just have a feeling of confidence from the beginning. I had a tough job to be done, with a brand new ladies ring. It needed to be sized up 4 sizes. Ish explained the difficulty involved, but we decided to give it a try regardless. Imagine my surprise when he called the very next day, to let me know it was ready! Not only was the sizing done to perfection, but the ring looked about 100 percent better than brand new! Ish explained that whomever had originally polished the ring, had not done the job correctly. By the time he was finished, the pink diamonds on this ring just popped to life!! Cannot wait for my wife to see this on Christmas. Ish is the ABSOLUTE BEST jeweler I have ever been to! I came to his shop initially because the stone in my wedding ring kept coming loose. The ring was purchased from one of the big retail chains (which I'm sure wasn't the best idea, but I simply fell in love with it!) and it has a rather large morganite stone with four prongs holding it to a small rose gold band. This wasn't the best setting to begin with, but it doesn't help that I use my hands a lot in my profession and to be honest am a bit clumsy at times. I must have brought the ring in four or five times where Ish would tighten it on the spot -for FREE- and send me on my way saying "next time it happens we'll look at adding extra prongs." Well after so many generous adjustments, I decided to go ahead and have him add the prongs to hopefully solve the issue. By this point I had met several of his other customers who each raved about how good of a jeweler he is, so I truly knew I could trust him with my precious wedding ring. A mere $45 dollars and 5 days later, my ring was ready! He did such a marvelous job, you'd never be able to guess the extra prongs weren't part of the original setting! I will certainly be back for any of my jewelry needs and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy jeweler! read more
