They communicated when their guy would be in my area and could stop by to look at the job and give a quote. Price was very reasonable. They not only came out and gave a quote, but said they could do it that same day! Way sooner than other places that gave quotes but wouldn't be available for a week or so. Some places wouldn't even do a job unless it was $2000 or more to make it worth their time, which my job was in the low $100s at best. They listened to my concern about another board that looked to have a portion rotted and they were able to include replacing the rotted part and not create additional seams between the boards--something I hadn't thought possible! Highlights are: good communication, great workmanship, timely service, friendly service. I definitely recommend this business!

Rebecca was wonderful to work with throughout the scheduling process and, when I had an issue with my first appointment, she listened to my concerns, stood behind the company's service, and made sure to send someone else to take care of the job. It really stood out to me how seriously she took my concerns and how committed she was to making things right. The specialist she sent out was Gilbert and he was fantastic. Gilbert was incredibly professional, efficient, and respectful of my home. He installed three ceiling fans and two faucets and completed the work far faster than I expected while still doing excellent, quality work. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and just genuinely great to work with. I would absolutely recommend Mr. Handyman, and will be requesting Gilbert anytime I need some work done in my home. They were wonderful!

He was very pleasant. We didn't feel the least bit self conscious having him in the house, even when our dogs were being crazy. Second, he did a fantastic job on the sink and it was not simple. He replaced a 6 inch deep two basin sink with regular faucets with a new single basin 9 inches deep. He put a touchless faucet on there, and redid the pipes underneath to accommodate the old garbage disposal. All of this cost less than 2X what I had been quoted for the outside faucet replacement alone by my plumbing maintenance company.

Larry absolutely knocked it out of the park. We hired him to build a custom accent wall with an…read moreintegrated fireplace, and the finished product exceeded every expectation we had. This was an important project for us because the wall is now the centerpiece of our living room, and Larry treated it with the same level of care and attention to detail that I imagine he would give his own home. From the very beginning, Larry was kind, honest, straightforward, dependable, and incredibly easy to work with. There was never any pressure, games, or wondering where we stood. He communicated clearly, explained what he was doing, offered thoughtful recommendations when decisions had to be made, and was completely transparent throughout the process. It is increasingly difficult to find someone in the trades who combines genuine integrity with excellent craftsmanship, but Larry is absolutely one of those people. The quality of his work is outstanding. The accent wall came together beautifully, the fireplace installation looks clean and professionally integrated, and the entire project has a polished, custom-built appearance rather than something that looks like it was simply added onto the room. His attention to detail, patience, precision, and pride in his work were obvious throughout the entire job. He also respected our home, kept the work area organized, and made sure everything was finished properly rather than rushing just to get to the next job. Beyond the craftsmanship, Larry is simply a good, honest person. He is personable, respectful, trustworthy, and the kind of contractor you feel completely comfortable having in your home. That means a great deal to us. When someone is working inside your house for an extended period, character matters just as much as technical skill, and Larry gets five stars in both categories. We could not be happier with the finished accent wall and fireplace. It has completely transformed our living room and turned what was once a plain wall into the focal point of the entire space. We have already received compliments on it, and every time we walk into the room we are reminded that hiring Larry was absolutely the right decision. If you are looking for someone who is honest, skilled, dependable, fair, meticulous, and genuinely cares about the quality of his work, I cannot recommend Handyman Services By Larry highly enough. We would hire him again without hesitation and will absolutely be calling him for future projects. Five stars does not feel like enough. Our home was broken into and the frame of the front door was broken which is why we initially reached out to Ron. He responded quickly & professionally and came out the very next day ready to get the job done. He even took care of a wasp nest & loved on our dog Mags. Ontop of doing a fantastic job fixing our door he is a wonderful person full of integrity, has an unbeatable work ethic, and is extremely fair with pricing. We will definitely reach out to him first when we have another project we need help with around the house. He will get the job done and will do it right - all with a smile on his face & he will put a smile on yours! His hard work gave us peace of mind knowing that our door and home is safer than it was even before the break in. We could not recommend him enough!
