While we were working on this, Kristie also helped us with some basic command refinements with all 3 of our dogs. One of our dogs needed a little confidence boost, and she taught us how to work with him to strengthen this. And, for those who know shibas, ours is a weird mix of nervous suspicion and hyperactive friendliness that has to be approached in the right way. It has frankly gotten him in trouble with other caretakers before, but not Angela! You can tell she loves dogs and knows how to handle them, makes sure they're comfortable and happy, and we've always come back to a cheerful friendly dog.
