Lisa and Mary came to the house for the meet and greet, go over the necessary paperwork, and to discuss/ show them our daily routine with the pets (2 German Shepherds, 3 parakeets, 2 bunnies). The second time was the following weekend with 1-2 days notice. Both times, I received updated texts and Lisa made sure we didn't need anything else the night we were to return. I'm glad she did as we were arriving hours later than expected and she made the extra trip. Lisa is genuinely involved in what she does and I loved that she acknowledged and congratulated my son on his championship win with a note on the white board, he greatly appreciated it!! For dog sitting, in our home, we've used Michelle several times now and she is great. Our 3 dogs love her and she clearly loves them too. We have 2 Great Danes and Beagle/Boston Terrier mix who are getting up there in age. Our male Great Dane has a number of health issues and Michelle handles it all so well. There's a laundry list of medications for the dogs and she does a great job keeping up with it all. She doesn't mind when I'm that helicopter dog mom and I check too often on my sick boy. Regardless of his illness, Michelle sends many pictures and text updates on how things are going with all the dogs. As a very protective momma, I trust Michelle completely with my furbabies and home. We love having Michelle take care of our babies... so much so that when we were planning the August trip we just completed, she wasn't available on our original dates, so we moved our trip to make sure she was available. We were preparing for our first vacation without our dogs and I was stressed about finding somebody we could trust with our "kids". Gail was suggested by a local dog trainer and we couldn't have asked for anyone better. When she came for a meet and greet, our dogs are a little stand offish and Gail didn't mind and was willing to take them on. We got pictures and texts regularly and everything went great. The best part is I didn't worry about the dogs during our trip, missed them but didn't worry about them. And everything at home looked great when we returned. Now that we know Gail we won't hesitate to take more trips without the kids. I recommend Gail highly for home and pet sitting, and I can't imagine using anyone else.

I…read morejust needed a couple of visits on random days when I work doubles and my husband goes in for his 24hour shifts... so lady #1 comes to give my 2 dogs lunch, she came in, fed the pups, cleaned the cat box (super unexpected and well above and beyond) gave everyone treats and played with my babes for half an hour. She then also sent me pictures of my trio and raved about how sweet they are. Lady #2 came later on to feed my pups dinner and blew me away with again feeding, playing treating she organized the cats area and picked up my dogs waste from the day (exceptionally above and beyond), in addition to also sending pictures and boasting about my affectionate pups. Jessica has also provided us with overnight care when we have been out of town and has been very helpful with training tips when I have specifically asked. Jessica runs a wonderful company and she is respectful and kind in every way and even though at times I call what I think of as the last minute she finds somebody for me.
