When I cashed the check (that was written for 280 but should have been 500) the check BOUNCED!! I have been harassed by the woman working there and still, several months later I have not received my money or even an apology. They now owe me 520 (20 extra for the check bounce fee) and they REFUSE to pay it unless I take them to court!!! I have shed so many tears and I been taken complete advantage of. That did not happen and I only had 10 minutes to leave work and get home to meet the company's representative "Vince". It turned out that the overhead garage door opener could not be repaired and no parts were installed. I was presented with a bill that was outrageous. A service call plus labour!!! I was told on site that this company adds a surcharge of 4% if you pay with a credit card. No one told me this or I would have brought my check book. This company does business in a very unethical manner and lost out on a job to replace the doors, hardware and everything else on our 4-car garage plus a 6-car out building. Please continue these deceptive practices so that customers go elsewhere.
