After my realtor had recommended NPI, Carrie was in contact with me the very next day. She was very pleasant and worked around my schedule to complete the inspection that was scheduled that very week - I greatly appreciate the quick service! When the day came for the inspection, I met up with Eric Malone (inspector). Right away I had a great feeling about him. He was very friendly and always had us in mind when he was finishing up the inspection, making sure to explain what he was looking for and what a certain aspect of the home should be/look like. He answered all of questions with acute knowledge and gave us great advice, which is very much appreciated especially being first time home buyers. Eric was very personable and made sure that we understood what he had discussed about the home before we concluded the inspection. The very next day, we received the inspection report that was detailed, including pictures and recommendations. Carrie, Eric, and the team at NPI made sure the inspection was a smooth process. I received emails with every change, receipt, notification, and agreements. I also appreciate the Maintenance Guide they provided - this will be extremely helpful when repairs/maintenance are needed and we have a nice report that allows us to record the information.
