As a first time home buyer, I knew there would be overwhelming parts of the home-buying process and I can assure that the inspection was not one, thanks to NPI! After my realtor had recommended NPI, Carrie was in contact with me the very next day. She was very pleasant and worked around my schedule to complete the inspection that was scheduled that very week - I greatly appreciate the quick service! When the day came for the inspection, I met up with Eric Malone (inspector). Right away I had a great feeling about him. He was very friendly and always had us in mind when he was finishing up the inspection, making sure to explain what he was looking for and what a certain aspect of the home should be/look like. He answered all of questions with acute knowledge and gave us great advice, which is very much appreciated especially being first time home buyers. Eric was very personable and made sure that we understood what he had discussed about the home before we concluded the inspection. The very next day, we received the inspection report that was detailed, including pictures and recommendations. Carrie, Eric, and the team at NPI made sure the inspection was a smooth process. I received emails with every change, receipt, notification, and agreements. I also appreciate the Maintenance Guide they provided - this will be extremely helpful when repairs/maintenance are needed and we have a nice report that allows us to record the information. If any repair/maintenance/advice is needed, I will make sure to call NPI! read more

I was a customer first and foremost, now I'm an advocate for this amazing company. MVP Inspectors covers it ALL: home inspections, commercial inspections, multifamily investor audits, and industrial. I can count on the Inspectors at MVP to encapsulate ALL of my needs. The property I purchased needed a Termite Inspection, Radon Measurement, Sewer Camera Inspection, and Air Quality Testing. MVP Inspectors was able to take care of it ALL. And they're fast... we had a home inspector at the house the day after we called and could see the results from the inspection the same day. I will refer this company to everyone I know. read more

MVP Inspectors is the only property inspection service I will use in the Dayton and Greater Miami Valley areas. Every inspector I have worked with from this team is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. I won an offer on a house because I could put a 72 hour inspection turn time - MVP Inspectors is on top of it!! They were on site the very next day after I wrote an offer and had the report to me the same day. The entire team made the process of buying a house so easy. Buying a house can be pretty scary, but they put my mind at ease. read more

Rob did a super job did on my house inspection.  He was very thorough, showed and explained a lot of different issues to me, and was both professional and personable. He impressed me right away as a really good guy who I could trust to catch anything that might be amiss. Even though the house I'm buying is way South of Dayton, NPI has inspectors to cover all the suburbs. I highly recommend and would hire them again in a heartbeat. read more

National Property Inspections did a great job on my home inspection. Starting with the initial phone call to set up our appointment with Carrie, to the inspection with Rob, to the post inspection report and follow up with Rob, Carrie, and Tom. I could not be more pleased with the results. All were extremely helpful and friendly and the report is easy to read with lots of details. We are immensely appreciative! read more
