One was away on vacation for a month, got back to me weeks later. One company came by, but could not get a written quote out of them. Two never called me back. One had so many bad reviews I didn't call. In all fairness a few others would have done the job BUT Scarlett and Chris with A Better Fence Installation, LLC were wonderful! They were friendly from the start, immediately met with us, got us a written estimate immediately and we worked out terms and start date. They were very responsive to emails, texts and phone calls! (North property line) He said he would head to the office, write the estimate, and e-mail me. I then threw him a curve. I asked about another 100+ feet on my east property line. He revised, and sent me an updated quote. I consulted both neighbors and the east neighbor wasn't ready to pull the trigger, Called Wayne again and told him the situation and he quoted me the lower quote (which was both property lines). It ended saving us almost $400.00! Needless to say, it was a go. Ended up at $29.00/foot, posts in concrete, and 2" above grade. Installer, if I remember correctly was Jason, communicated EVERYTHING about his procedures clearly. Set posts Tuesday, let concrete set overnight, came back Wednesday and finished. Looks EXCELLENT!
