Called Wayne for an estimate and he was absolutely on time. 1st estimate (verbal) was for 86 feet…read moreof board on board 6 foot tall. (North property line) He said he would head to the office, write the estimate, and e-mail me. I then threw him a curve. I asked about another 100+ feet on my east property line. He revised, and sent me an updated quote. I consulted both neighbors and the east neighbor wasn't ready to pull the trigger, Called Wayne again and told him the situation and he quoted me the lower quote (which was both property lines). It ended saving us almost $400.00! Needless to say, it was a go. Ended up at $29.00/foot, posts in concrete, and 2" above grade. Installer, if I remember correctly was Jason, communicated EVERYTHING about his procedures clearly. Set posts Tuesday, let concrete set overnight, came back Wednesday and finished. Looks EXCELLENT! I would recommend Fencescape LLC to anyone that inquired about a fence company. (By the way, he did approximately 150' on my daughter's property and that prompted my call to Wayne)
