The email confirmation was for two trips on my day of arrival. I called and got the confirmation corrected. 4 days prior to my arrival, I called RMBC and asked how will the driver contact me and pick up location. i explained to Craig it was my first time at DIA and was a senior traveling alone for the first time since my husband passed. He said the driver would be call me upon my flight landing. I received no call and when I called RMBC- i was told the driver would be there in 15 minutes. ??? Finally-the driver connected to maps. He drove above speed limit, texted while driving and was accepting Uber rides as we neared the airport Dropped me off at arrivals instead of departures. I called Craig at RMBC who offered a refund. Truthfully at my age-I just wanted a safe and predictable car service experience comparable to what I have at my homes in San Francisco and DC.
