The other day someone actually asked me if I was using a brand new computer after the fans/ keyboard/screen was cleaned at Computech. Service is always super fast and thorough. I don't know anything about computers, including my own laptop and these guys will never make you feel silly (As a woman, going into other tech shops, this is a common issue for me). Earlier this year, when my boyfriend was getting his computer "checked up", the tech noticed signs that the fans were close to dying - Computech got into contact with us and offered to order and install the fans. They were extremely transparent about the cost of the fans and labor, making it clear that they were providing service at an extremely reasonable price. It's been that way for roughly 20 years...even before REVO started as a spin-off from "Software & More" there in Holliday. The PC consultant there from Software & More, Jerry, who helped build us our first custom desktop back in the early 2000s started his own company in Cottonwood Heights called REVO Technologies when S&M went out of business. We purchased our second gaming/workstation "Stryker" desktop from him eight years ago...AND a 17" "Falcon" gaming desktop as well for my personal use. Despite a few glitches/bugs here and there, both of these last two PCs have been performing admirably...as we've continued to patronize REVO for upgrades, repair, and tuning. The most recent purchase last week was for my wife's "Stryker" desktop which needed some Win10 tweaks due to some mistakes I made last spring with User Account Control and administrative privileges... oops. I dropped the desktop off with Chris - the repair tech - on Monday last week and by late afternoon he had it finished, updated, cleaned, and working like a top! I paid for the diagnostics/repair ($70) and the tuning/cleaning service ($70) which eliminated all of the nasty dust that had collected on the inside of the tower case. Yuk...but money well spent! We got it back home and the new Canon MF753Cdw color Laserjet All-in-One printer drivers installed perfectly. My wife is back in business! Woo-hoo. After discussing the possible scenarios of what could have happened and what my options were, he was able use some of the equipment there to get the screen working again at no charge! The guy that runs the shop is super super friendly. I had to bring my one year old with me and while we waiting for some diagnostics testing that he was doing on my computer he went and grabbed some saltine crackers for the baby. We also spent some time talking about our mutual interest in cars for a bit Professionally wise, he very clearly knew his stuff and was able to troubleshoot the two issues I was having. It was a pleasure to communicate with a true professional. Jesse, you are the best! Backstory: A full mug of coffee was accidentally spilled on my working MacBook Pro. As a result, everything was damaged - the monitor, the logic board, and possibly more, as the laptop was completely dead. When I contacted one of the well-known PC repair companies, they returned the laptop to me in a half-disassembled state. Some contacts on the logic board were torn off, and several screws and other parts were missing. They handed it back with the comment that data recovery was impossible . Contacting "All in One Computers" was my last attempt to access the data on the HDD - a challenging task, to say the least. In the end, Jesse managed to recover ALL the data from the HDD in a short amount of time, for which I am extremely grateful. The price for the work was completely reasonable. I would highly recommend Jesse to anyone who needs a computer or other complex electronic equipment repair. He is professional, honest, and a pleasure to work with.

They had it one week. They had to wipe it twice to get rid of the virus and put on great antivirus software which alone is $60 for the year. They fixed it and only charged me $140.00 That's a win for me. So get a great Antivirus. They say Malwarebytes is the best. If you need computer help call them. They also sell refurbished computers of all kinds. As I waited it seemed like they had awesome deals. They have a 30 day guarantee too. Thank you saving me guys. I'm super grateful.
