I didn't remember placing the utensils and things down, so I thought the items had been forgotten, but after calling DB&C, they reminded me that I had placed them on another counter, away from the food. It's so awesome that they remembered a little detail that I had forgotten; extra points for that! Everyone enjoyed the food and many took me up on my offer to take home some of the leftovers. Their daughter, Rianna, was a pleasure to work with; she handled the business end of things beautifully and I never worried that things wouldn't work out. A service truck with all of the advertising for Flavor Chef Catering was driving extremely erratically, well over the speed limit, and was tailgating me to the point that I was worried they would hit me. I was turning into my residential area with my signal on when the driver of this truck tried to split the lanes and almost caused an accident. When you have all of your advertising on a panel truck, you need to understand that that's just as important as having a good or bad product. I would never use this company and I would make sure that if I ever have the chance I would let people know not to use them either. Driving so erratically that they almost caused an accident is more damaging than a bad meal.
