We hired Megan as our day-of coordinator, and her price was so fair it made us a little nervous at first because usually you get what you pay for, right? But Megan completely blew us away. Don't let her size or age fool you she's an absolute powerhouse and a total rockstar. We had a ton of tables, decorations, and little details to set up on the day of, and Megan kept reassuring us she could handle it all. We hesitated, but we put our trust in her and she delivered beyond anything we could've hoped for. She somehow managed to get everything set up perfectly while still being available for every question, every little thing we needed throughout the day. She wasn't just doing a job; she genuinely cared and showed up for us in a way that felt like we had a trusted friend by our side. Then the rain hit during our reception. My wife and I were starting to lose it, but Megan stayed calm and steady. She pulled up this detailed weather app, helped us time our photos and speeches perfectly between the downpours, and kept our spirits up when we felt like giving up. Honestly, without her, that rain could have ruined the day but Megan made it feel like just another part of the story. It made my life so much easier. Once Covid hit, we had to cancel our wedding and they were extremely understanding even though their business was also being affected. Come 2022, we re-connected to have them help coordinate our reception do-over. They were, yet again, amazing to work with.
