Elite Restoration Group estimated the damages at $77,000 and said there may be more damage but couldn't get permission from the insurance company to ensure there wasn't much more. The so called outside Insurance adjuster returned with an estimate of $35,000. After a threat to use a public adjuster, The insurance company agreed to Elite Restoration Groups estimate. Troy and his team made me feel secure in knowing how and what was to take place throughout the reconstruction process. Elite Restoration Group only selected honest, courteous and knowledgeable subcontractors to complete certain tasks. The process was tedious dealing with banks and insurance companies, though with Elite Restoration Group I knew things would get done properly.
