Elijah is the owner, he installed the heat pump and wanted to run to pipes inside the walls. He neglected to tighten all the connection. So when he started it up there was an immediate problem. He then stated that my husband must have driven nailes into the pipe when finishing the kitchen walls. We assured him we didn't. We then had to cut a hole for Elijah to check the unit pipes behind the wall. He then found he did not complete tightening the pipes to the unit. We are now having leaking problems and he will not respond to calls and message! Do not hire him or use this busines. I have already reported him to efficiency Maine! Sandra R, Salem TWP ME

I told Bill, the office coordinator, that we have three indoor units and one outdoor unit (the condenser). He said that the total would be $385, but since I'm a new customer there would be a $100 discount, making the total $285 - his words. I agreed to these terms. At no time during our conversation was a figure of $485 uttered by him, something I would not have accepted, even with the discount. And yet, the invoice that I received two days after service completion (about 2 hours' work by one technician) asked for $485 minus the $100 discount, plus a fuel surcharge of $7.50. I called to complain that this was not the agreed-upon amount, but Bill simply denied having made that offer. But I know what I heard him clearly say. Lesson learned - never accept an unwritten quote! The work done was underwhelming - acceptable, but more or less perfunctory without much oral communication about the state of the system. I would recommend anyone needing this service to shop around and get everything in writing before agreeing to the terms. I will not be a continuing customer.

I used them more as a handyman service but I know they do much bigger projects. In any case, they were terrific! I had blinds installed throughout the house and a gallery shelf hung in my living room. Despite a short round of phone tag, I was finally able to connect with Ryan and he scheduled Brian to come to my house a few days later. Brian was on time, super friendly and very professional (plus he was able to chat about football which made me feel much better about having a stranger in my house.) The projects were done perfectly and Brian even took the leftover packaging with him when he cleaned up. At $45 hour, I felt WSHR was a bargain and I would definitely recommend them!!

Based in part on Owen Corning web page and in part on Yelp reviews I contacted Marsters Roofing. Marsters Roofing responded within an hour, and arranged to come within 2 days. Ephraim showed up on time and inspected the roof with ladder and drone. He replaced the damaged shingle we were aware of and replaced another damaged one that he found in different place on our roof. Now our roof is fixed and with the drone inspection we know there are no problems hidden in areas that we can't see. The cost for the repair seemed quite reasonable, especially considering that they did not install the roof to begin with.
