Ms. Tai is terrific! She has been helping 4ID/Carson Soldiers for years. She offers great prices and has a 24 hour turn around for most alterations. Dry cleaning is also included with alterations. She loves Soldiers and the US military.. definitely recommend All-In-One for alterations. She recently made our unit shirts. Prices were great and so was the quality! read more

While some may have unkind words to share about this place, I must say that my experience has been nothing short of exceptional. The service is outstanding, and the quality I receive truly exceeds my expectations. read more

This is my second time going to them. I took two tops to get sewn on and they handed them back without a single string cut off of it. I spent over an hour at home cutting off strings and burning off things they should have done. When I asked about it, the lady snapped back and said that's not their job and it's my job to cut and burn all the strings off. Save your money and go on post to get sewn ons done read more

Alot of bad reviews on here but all im gonna say is remember the world doesnt care about your feelings. yes she is rude and has her own unique way of saying things but just know she means well and dont take it to heart. everytime me and my friends stop by for uniform services we always end up staying back an extra 20 mins just exchanging stories and laughs. 11/10 service she always goes out of her way for us and even gives us deals from time to time and even uses her connections to help out soldiers in their Army lives. 100% reccomend read more

In my 32 years of life I have never been talked down to / treated so badly by a business employee. Mrs. Tsai (the older Asian women working at the desk behind the counter) raised her voice at me, was rude, and very disrespectful with me over something very minor. I asked them to dry clean my ASU's and remove the rank off (I am a prior service green to gold ADO ROTC cadet) they forgot to remove the rank which wasn't a big deal I was not pressed for time. Mrs. Tsai's response to me asking her to remove the rank off my uniform (a second time after she had already said 3 days prior that she would) was out of line. There were multiple customers in the business when she went off, and we were all shocked at her actions. Mrs. Tsai's actions weren't even indicative of normal human behavior there was no reason to get that angry / rude over a request for a service your business offers. One other customer said "wow" in response to her going off. I have been in the military for 6 years and i've been chewed out a time or two by leadership. How Mrs. Tsai acted and talked to me was straight up disrespectful its almost as if she forgot that as a customer, I am not required to give her my business. And I didn't after her actions I literally took my ASU's and left before they were finished (after I had already paid I didn't even ask for a refund, it was that bad). I went and looked at the reviews and this is not an isolated incident with Mrs. Tsai. Service members Its crazy how a company that markets itself as serving the military, has military posters all over its windows has employees that treat service members so rudely. Look at the reviews this is a pattern with Mrs. Tsai. I took my clothes to Tide Cleaners, was treated respectfully and got a military discount. I will not ever be coming back to All 'N' One for service ever again and frankly you should be ashamed for allowing your employees to act like this toward customers. read more

The lady working the front desk was super rude. Never going back here ever again.

I've used this dry cleaning and alterations location twice (twice for dry cleaning, and twice for alterations) and have been disappointed with the experiences both times at every level of their services. Customer service: to begin with the customer service at this location is horrible, there is an employee, I think she might be the owner of the business, who is rude without cause or reason. Any question you ask her will be meet with a curt reply or a belittling remarks. Every question regarding prices, turn around time for different services or concerns with the quality of the services received was meet with an argumentative or rudely dismissive response. Dry cleaning services: both times i have used this location for dry cleaning it has been to my dissatisfaction and dismay. The first time I came i required an ASU shirt and pants dry cleaning. The pants had a white stain from some dirt or dry wall from being pressed up against the wall in my closet. And the T shirt has a stubborn dirty collar that I couldn't get out at home and lead to my decision to get them both dry cleaned by professionals. I was sure to point out both areas of my concern when dropping off the items to the cleaners, much to the front desk employee's obviouse lack of care. Unfortunately upon pick up I wasn't diligent enough to review the items before walking out of the store, the shirt had been obviously been cleaned and pressed however the collar still had remnants of it being dirty/discolored. However the pants still had the white dirt present without any improvement, aside from being freshly pressed it didn't seem like the pants hand been cleaned in any sort of improvement. The most recent time I used their dry cleaning services i dropped off the ASU jacket, shirt (new shirt) and pants. Unfortunately both the jacket and pants came out of the cleaners worse off then when they went in. Both the jacket and pants required alterations, I was called in to come pick them up the next day they were dropped off. When I was in the store to take them home I noticed that neither the jacket or pants alterations had taken place, even though I was charged for the services on my ticket. After being rudely sent away I returned 2 days later to pick up the items. They had difficulty finding them to send me home with it because the items were in the alternates "completed pile"!! So after pulling them out of a pile of other jackets and locating my pants in the back of a different rack they places plastic bags over them both and try to send me away. Both the jacket and pants were covered in a layer of floor dirt , and the jacket was littered all over with stray pieces of string or clippings. When I brought this up to the ma'am I was immediately shut down, being told that the items had already been dry cleaned so their services were complete. I wasn't able to give them back my items and chance any further interactions with them. I took them both home just to find the same white dirt spot on my pants and using up my own time to clean my jacket. Alterations services: honestly, this is the only reason why they're getting two stars instead of one. For as bad as the customer service and dry cleaning is. Both times I have used their alterations they have been great. I used their alterations first to get the division patch sewn to my helmet cover. I brought my cover and a patch with velcro on the back. Expecting to get charged for the sewing services as well as the velcro removal from the back of the patch I had provided. Instead the offered to do a one-for-one swap with my patch for another they already had on hand without the velcro, saving me the money and them the time of having to remove it. Definitely a win. Next when I brought up that the alterations for my jacket and pants still needed to happen when I did come to pick it up I tried on both before leaving and was very happy with the work they had provided, all the alterations were exactly as I needed. All in all I won't be returning back to this business and recommend everyone to look elsewhere for drycleaning read more

Polite staff and quick turn-around time. I recommend them to anyone that needs uniform sewing or cleaning done.

Mrs. Tai is the absolute best! She was so sweet & helpful! I came in last minute to have my pants hemmed (honestly didn't think anyone would do them last minute) But she did me the biggest favor by having them done so quickly, it was so kind of her & truly appreciated. 100% recommend & I will definitely be back here for all my alternations! read more

Yesterday when I dropped off my husband's uniform, the guy that took it was very sweet and nice. Laughing and helping me since it was my first time dropping off a uniform (I looked like a dummy!). They told me I could pick up around 1530 today. Today at 1330 I was in the area and called, very sweet saying I was in close by and was curious what the odds were the uniform was done. An older lady (the owner) had answered the phone and said, "I told you after 1530 only, okay? bye." And hung up on me. Granted, I am pregnant, so I thought it was just my hormones, lol so I brushed it off. Maybe I was being sensitive. I got in there at 1530 like I was told, and she was aggressively yelling at a soldier to just put the uniform on. He was asking questions that required a full response, and she continued to get louder and just repeat, "just put it on" glaring at him and he looked embarrassed trying to figure out patches and alterations. But she would not get up and go help him. She yeled behind her sewing machine with no means of being helpful. I was so worked up, I left after just making sure I had all the pieces and not making sure it was clean. (The younger lady that helped me was very sweet and calm, but the owner has multiple poor reviews and was not a nice lady to anyone). I get home and hang it up and start checking it and there are almost oil-like stains on the arms of the shirt. And the chalk marks from alterations are still on there. The cleaning was only $14 for a jacket, pants and long sleeve shirt, but with how she treated everyone, I am uncomfortable to even confront them about the issues! We all know these uniforms aren't cheap!! :( read more

I took in a brand new multicam top for sewing, and was immediately hassled for picking at the predetermined 9:30am pickup that they forgot to write down, instead of the afternoon time that was on the ticket. I provided the name tape and they didn't remove any of the old thread that held on the Velcro backing. Sloppy. The rank had been sewn on, removed and sewn on again and looked awful. Take your expensive uniforms elsewhere- they won't get the easy jobs right. read more

We have a memorial service in four days; I need a new skirt. They have uniforms at the front that no one has picked up. They asked my old skirt size. Frankly I don't know it. I got it in basic training and managed to keep it "alive" all this time. I told them I'm usually a 4-6. The owner gave me every reason under the sun why she or I couldn't just look at the skirt sizes and pick something out - for whatever reason she HAD to have my old skirt (which I didn't have). The two girls with me, as my witness, were shocked at how unhelpful and rude she was. One of them, as we walked out, said "oh my gosh, she was so mean." Anyway, after being told the for the fifth time that she couldn't possibly do anything without my old skirt, I said "I'll just go to clothing and sales and try something on." Old lady friend dismissed me. Flash forward an hour and I get a phone call from a SFC colleague laughing uncontrollably, asking me if I had recently been to this shop. I said I had, and he goes on to tell me that he took his uniform there for alterations and the old woman went on and on and on about some rude CPT (me) with a "piss poor attitude" that should be reported to the CG. I had half a mind to stomp over there and show her what my piss poor attitude really looked like, but my colleague begged me not to - given her propensity for spite, he was worried she'd turn his ASUs into a poncho. read more

I had 2 ocp tops 2 pc's get rank and nametapes sewn on and 1 asu shirt dry cleaned. The dry cleaning looked good but the sewing was not great. Threads were sticking out all over and the lines were not straight. I would've given a higher rating but the customer service was extremely rude and she literally rolled her eyes at me when I came at the time I was told they would be ready for pickup. They were completed, but she responded like I showed up days early. And when I went to pay she said they didn't accept Amex so I ran out to my car to grab my Visa card (took maybe 15 seconds) and she acted like it was so inconvenient for her that I had to go get my card despite there being no other customers. Also was $42??? Not what was quoted for so few items. Will not be returning, I could sew my own stuff on better if I was blindfolded using my grandmas old sewing machine. read more

If I could give this business half a star, I would. Went to pick up my alterations, 3 easy uniform tops, was told the day prior that it would be done and ready. Showed up for pickup the next day and the uniform tops weren't even ready. Started complaining about she doesn't do 1 day turn around, and she's not the sewer. Told me to come back after 1530, on Saturday. The woman with glasses behind the counter was extremely rude, horrible customer service. I will never do business with this sorry excuse for an alteration shop again. Customer service, might want to learn it. I feel bad for Soldiers who have to put up with this business especially with it being so close to Ft. Carson read more

Ive been going here for 7 years and hadn't had a problem until today. Ms. Tai was incredibly rude and nasty. To include the Soldiers ahead, she had nothing but smart ass remarks for them. I Just needed a couple items altered and and told her that I had a question about an alteration, the then looks over to her male coworker and rolls her eyes like I was asking for all her time. What a B***h. I just grabbed my items and items and took them elsewhere. Did I already say total B***h! She just lost a customer of 7 years within minutes. read more

People always have rude things to say about this place. But honestly the service and quality I get is great.

DO NOT GO HERE!! I went in to get a pair of pants hem and a jacket with dry cleaning. I asked for the price and she said the guy who does alterations would call and let me know. They didn't and on top of that she yelled at two different military members in front of me. Then at me for not turning off a night in the dressing room. Then the owner hands me my clothes when I get in to pick them up and charged me $75. She didn't dry clean and pressed my pants and now has visible marks of grey where she did. She clearly is a dirty person who isn't quoting you to take advantage of you! I only went here because my lady was closed and charges me $75 for 12 items!! RUN RUN RUN. Treats everyone rude, messed up my clothes, and overcharged me. - She also was rude again to another military member when I went in. Sorry, who does this lady think she is!!! read more

I had a last minute alteration needed and these guys were great to help me out ASAP! Shawn and James and Mrs. Tai are awesome!

Not happy with the sewing job they did on a beret. They ruined the threading on the flash so now there are loose threads sticking out. Have to get it replaced. Sloppy job, unfriendly, and it really took 3 days to complete a five minute job? Just go somewhere else. read more

I will never recommend this place to anyone. The lady who runs this place is extremely rude. I've been in customer service for over five years so I do know a thing or two. There also was another guy working here who was extremely rude and talked to me like I'm dumb when he couldn't find my order. Like seriously? It's my fault you can't find my clothes? Anyways I called and asked how much my order was going to be before I pick it up and it ended up being almost four times more than what I was told. Bad customer service, expensive prices. You guys are a dime a dozen and I'll for sure take my business somewhere else. Please don't give these people your business because they are LESS than deserving. read more

They are good for last minute dry cleaning, but I do not reccomend going here for getting things sewn on. My husband needed new tanks sewn onto his PC and OCP jacket. It was last minute, and we apologized. The women (I believe the owner) assured us it would be done. Fast forward to us picking them up, they were both crooked, and messily sewed on. We were both dumbfounded on how someone could sew something on so crooked. My husband went back to get them fixed, but the women would only fix the jacket. She insisted that the hat was not crooked and that my husband was simply crazy. Needless to say we took it elsewhere. read more

The worst place ever!! Went in told them how I wanted it and they argued with me about it for a good 10min saying they can do it but would rather not. Then I return for my gear and there's thread hanging off everywhere.. different color thread on the same place there were sowing. Uneven lines, places that wernt even sown on right! Will never use this place again. I would rather wait in line at ft Carson alterations then to go to this junk place! read more

I've been going here for over 6 years. I've brought everything from military uniforms to dresses, slacks, and scrubs in. Best prices in the Springs by far. She is quick and quality of work is outstanding! She sales patches for uniforms, makes name tapes, and is familiar with military dress standards. You won't be disappointed! Much better than the alterations shop on post. read more

I would not recommend this place at all. The lady that takes care of alterations is completely rude to customers. She quoted us one price to get 3 patches sewn onto my husbands kevlar cover and when we went to pick it up she tripled the price and when we disputed the difference she told us we can take our business elsewhere? She had also not even sewn the patches on yet and she had it for 3 days! Do yourself a favor take your business to someone that's happy to have it. read more

My experience was horrible. I gave who I assumed to be the owner three sets of rucks, assault packs, ACH bands and PC's to have the cateyes sewn on along with last names of myself and my Soldiers. I had all of the info written out on sheets of paper to make it easier for her because we are National Guard and I wasn't sure if she'd be familiar. She commented on my organization and said I should be promoted. I took it as a very nice joke. I returned a few days later to pick everything up on my lunch hour with no time to really check out the work before paying. She commented again on my "promotion." I got home and she had removed my E5 rank from my PC and sewn on E6 rank. I lost my mind when I saw it. My husband had gotten that E5 PC made for me shortly after we got married and it meant a lot to me. She ruined it over a joke she thought would be funny. I plan on going back tomorrow politely asking her to sew the E5 back on as I have to wear it the next day...as for the rest of the stitching it is not done well. The cateyes are all different sizes and the stitches are not clean. My old worn in comfortable PC from someone I love is now ruined, and most likely will come back looking worse than it did when I dropped it off. No matter how funny the joke is, you shouldn't mess with someone's uniform. Especially when you don't know what it could mean. read more

I would not recommend this place to anyone. The lady that works here is very mean and rude and treats her customers like crap. Our order was messed up and it wasn't the first time, but she blamed it on my husband and yelled at him like it's his fault. Yes she was yelling but said that's just how she talks. I don't give a damn about how you talk but you don't talk to your customers that way. She told us she won't fix it and so we got our stuff and left. There's a lot more that happened but I hope this will help anyone who's looking to go there. It seems like they only care about the money but not their customers. They have the worst customer service and I hope you would find another place to go instead of going there.
