I've gone for many massages, often once a week or every two weeks to a reputable upscale spa downtown, so I do know what a good massage feels like. This massage felt like they had never had any formal training and didn't understand how to knead muscles. I was so unhappy I stopped midway through and left. The masseuse did not ask me why I wanted to leave early. When I was leaving, I had planned to say something to the owner but the masseuse was nearby and I felt uncomfortable. However, I did make a point to call the next day and speak to the owner. I told them my experience and they said they would look into that masseuse's skills etc. I was not offered money back or anything. I discovered multiple bruises on my legs from this massage. The owner is nice but lacking customer service skills I would not recommend this place. There is a better Hammam place in the south that I prefer and I would recommend the Fairmont for massage. And this location sucks.

I had a massage with Nataliya and not only did she greet me in a warm and professional manner immediately, she made me feel at ease and comfortable in her professionalism and tone and mannerisms. Now I don't usually write reviews, but I had to take the time to appreciate and commend Nataliya on what an amazing job she did and the great experience I had with her. I would highly recommend this spa and Nataliya to all of my friends, co-workers and family as I think everyone should have an amazing experience as I did. The only downside was I was poorly received by the front staff member working the day of Saturday January 19. The reason I sought this spa out was because of the amazing reviews I read online about it and was highly disappointed by the unprofessionalism and curt and rude way I was treated the second I walked in the door. The reason I would go back is to see Nataliya again. Hopefully I have a better customer service experience my next visit.
