The gym is very conveniently located, it's perfect to stop by on my way home from work. There is ample room to change clothing in a girls private bathroom if need be. The gym itself is very spacious and inviting with bright colors and great music that puts you into an energetic mood right off the bat. The front desk offers complimentary towels and water, how great is that?! Weight room equipment is brand new and offers and array of exercise options. There is a whole separate TRX room with at least 15 if not more stations. A Pilates/yoga room is available as well and offers more relaxing atmosphere with subdued lighting. Overall space and location are great and can't wait to use the gym often! As of now, the classes on Saturdays are complimentary-great way to get familiarity without paying high fees right up front like with other gyms.

For example: the Adduction/Abduction machine (which was 2 for each muscle group) is now ONE machine (which I get bruises from on the inside and outside of my thighs WHEN I can get on the machine). This is typically a FEMALE machine, so of course, since TREVOSE is NOT catering to WOMEN, they downsized this machine from 4 to 1. In addition, the aerobic machines have DOWNSIZED tremendously. Last Saturday, I could NOT get on a Treadmill OR an elliptical because it was SO busy. Again, aerobic machines typically cater to WOMEN. Of course the 30 minute express and the outside of this area has NOW FREE WEIGHT MACHINES WHICH CATER 90% BY MEN. VERY UPSET. After a long illness, I came back to the gym and was told I had a $350 debt and my account was blocked. Later it turned out that this Andrew was a fraud and had been fired for it. When I asked them to review my case, they said I was still required to pay the full amount, even though the front desk staff had told me that this issue could be resolved and that many people had experienced similar situations. The head manager was absolutely unpleasant, showed no understanding, and simply shifted all the responsibility onto me instead of their own employee.This has been the worst experience of my life with a gym. I know Pilates can be expensive so if you already have an LA member ship it may be worth it, $99 a month for minimum 3 months, I liked it but just couldnt commit to the time and I was lacking certain physical abilities to where I can't keep up or do a lot without pain, not the classes fault, my own inabilities.
