There's a lot to love about this business. Unlike other big box gyms where you're left to figure it out on your own, The Strength House offers classes and instruction to ensure that you're getting the most out of your workouts and avoiding injury. The instructors also help modify the exercises to my needs based on my fitness level and medical history. The vibe of The Strength House is fun, supportive and positive. They use a helpful app to track your workouts that recognizes when you hit a new PR and rewards you with confetti. There's also a "big dawg" bell to ring in the gym to celebrate those milestone achievements. They've created a wonderful atmosphere and I leave feeling great every time. I've been to many gyms, and this is the only gym that I have actually looked forward to going to three times a week So many memories and friendships made over the past almost 3years! It means so much that the trainers are knowledgeable and care so much about the well being of each and every one of us! I will never forget when I had a pinched nerve in my back and Andrew Radcliffe actually reached out to my physical therapist to see what exercises I could do and which to avoid.
