I miss Dr Kale and his staff. While current staff was as helpful as they could be, the new ownership/management is nothing like All Eyes and they no longer honor the warranty of glasses, and not nearly as knowledgeable with product or lenses. I have a $600 pair of brand new glasses that are useless because of the change in ownership. I miss the old customer service, and won't be back! read more

Dr. Kale and staff a month ago was a 5 star eye care center. Unfortunately Dr. Kale retired. There is now an OD there. Things have changed. All Eyes is now a part of Hawaii Retina. They weren't using Dr. Kales records, making new charts asking questions about why I came in? He walked into the room, I asked where is Dr. Kale, his response, he retired. Never introduced himself to me. Took about 15 minutes to input information into the computer. Why was he not getting all the information and data from my record Dr. Kale had. I do not trust this office with my eye care. I will not go back. read more

This place is amazing. Great customer service. We're on vacation and my glasses broke. They were able to replace the frames and have us a nice discount. Saved our vacation. read more

Dr Kale is the best eye doctor I've had other than my doctor in Illinois who did my cataract surgeries. Here in Hawaii I think he's tops!! He's funny, so understanding, knowledgeable, and just downright amazing!! He's fun to talk to, also! So thorough! I always leave there happy knowing my eyes are in great hands! read more

I must say finding this local business was an amazing find. We Moved to the island a few months ago and medical care and optical is difficult to find someone good. I walked into this business yesterday with a little problem and had the pleasure of meeting Barbara, who is one of the amazing employees who is on the floor plus the rest of the amazing staff. Barbara went out of her way to explain things to me, fix what my problem was and secured my business for the future. I look forward to years to come dealing with this office. read more

Im a new patient here and my first experience was that of feeling welcomed by the friendly staff. I was put through a thorough examination then followed up by Dr.Kale who did my eye test. He was very patient and understanding with my visual challenges and we were able to get the best vision RX for my new glasses. I was then sent to Lindsay their optician and she walked me through all the frames they had available. I was pleaseantly surprised they carried my favorite brand too and that it was covered by my insurance. So of course, I ordered my RX glasses with that brand. Love these glasses as they are used by me 95% of the time in my daily activities. Lindsay is really prompt with all your optical needs, from style to fashionable shes your go to. I highly recommend her for all you eyewear needs! read more

"Last night an Eye Doc saved my trip... last night an Eye Doc saved my trip from a loss of sight!" - sung to the tune of DJ saved my life by InDeep. Seriously folks, I lost my prescription glasses w/ clip ons in the surf at Hapuna Beach after getting slammed by a rogue wave. That really sucked because now I couldn't drive anywhere let alone see anything on this BEAUTIFUL ISLAND! I was distraught so like any good consumer I had my wife drive me straight to Costco... They didn't have any Eye Doc appointments available and I would need a fitting for contacts (which I had never tried) and I had a lu'au to go to the very next day. The really nice lady at Costco let me know about Dr. Tim and his staff at ALL EYES and so I got a spot for the next morning. Janet met me in the waiting room and took me to get my tests started. She was SUPER friendly and her assistant too. Then I got to meet the Doc who was just about as nice a guy as one could expect and he quickly and professionally fitted me for contacts. This all took about an hour and the overall experience was AWESOME. With new and comfy contacts in place I was able to see a most brilliant lu'au at the King Kamehameha Hotel. Truly spectacular! I never thought I would say this but this was one of the good times I spent on the island. read more

Tiim Kale is a true pro. Went to an opthamologist 6 months ago complaing about blurry vision and feeling as if there was something in my eye. Spent alot, got little in return. Decided to see TK. I learned more from him in half an hour than the Surgeon. Explained that my sinuses were pretty full, had mucus of all things in my eye. VOG! He also did more diagnosing, checking for scratches in my eye... His recommendations have had a majot impact not only for my eyes, but my ears as well. He knows his shit...no other way to say it. read more

Seriously, meeting Dr. Kale and his excellent staff were the best part about living on the Island. They are professional, courteous and efficient. They took care of my Husband and I for a couple of years. I loved the way Dr. Kale explained each and every part of the eye exam, consulted on my medical records (helping off High Blood Pressure meds) which I didn't need and made sure that I had the perfect glasses and contacts. My husband felt the same. He thought he needed a slight prescription, but Dr. Kale corrected his sight with Bi-focs and he can actually see now, in all situations. Hubby & I have recently moved back to the Mainland...but if we had one wish, it would've been to take Dr. Kale and his staff with us. They are the REAL deal in eye care. They will all be missed. This by far was the best experience I've ever had going to a doctors office. Dr Kale was wonderful and I really felt he actually cared about my vision and honestly knew he could make it better. The staff was outstanding. Very friendly, courteous and professional. Especially, Lindsay and Wayne. The quick turnaround for ordering and picking up my glasses was only a week. I was expecting the process to be 2 to 3 weeks! I was extremely impressed with my entire experience. I definitely would recommend All Eyes Vision Source to my friends and family. LOOK no further when you need an optometrist!! Dr. Kale and staff made our visit worthwhile. The staff was cheerful, friendly and very professional. Both my wife and I had made an appointment. They saw us the same day. We were greeted upon entry and we were done with no wait time. Dr. Kale made the exam easy and actually fun. We both had a few questions and Dr. Kale had all the answers. Very thorough exam too. If you are looking for an eye doctor on the Island, All Eyes is the place to go. We would highly recommend this place to anyone who asks. read more

This office is fantastic! Excellent customer service, knowledgeable staff, and Dr Kale is amazingly funny and skilled. My husband and I both went for appointments because we were having trouble finding someone who would take our insurance (ahem, Costco). I am so glad we found All Eyes! Their diagnostic equipment is cutting edge and the service from the time we walked in to the end of our appointments with the "concierge" who helped us with our glasses was outstanding. Thank you Dr Kale and team! Myy husband and I highly recommend this gem of an office in Kainaliu. read more

Wow, what a great group of people!! My husband started here 6 mos ago and highly recommended them. I finally made and had my appointment today. Everyone there is so friendly, proffesional, knowledgeable and thorough. I was so impressed. Dr Tim (as my husband calls him) is so willing to take the time to explain anything he feels you are a bit worried about (even if you don't ask - he has a vibe that you are concerned-very cool!) and he's too funny which puts you at ease. Anyway I highly recommend All Eyes, they really are the best I've been to. Thanks to you all today and look forward to a long relationship. read more

I have been wearing contacts and glasses my entire adult life and I have never had such a thorough eye examination!! I was having a serious problem with my left eye and Dr. Kale went out of his way addressing my problem!! His entire staff was fantastic, friendly and efficient!! As for Dr. Kale, I cannot say enough nice things about him! He was extremely caring and knowledgeable and explained my problem in terms that I could understand!! And, he's funny too!! this office did not return my calls or answer my direct questions. Refused to give second opinion and had no suggestions. Did not make an appropriate referral and was over all rude . A waste of time and energy read more

Have an appointment for my husband and son, for some reason they couldn't find our insurance and the computer. Was told to reschedule went outside and made a phone call to my insurance company. That's my insurance company to call the eye doctor. They did. Came back inside 10 minutes later from my husband and my sons appointment was told that the doctor was going on vacation and that I needed to reschedule. My sons appointment was at 3 o'clock and my husband's appointment was at 4 o'clock it was now 3:30. I think that that is completely ridiculous. I feel that the doctor thinks that his time is more important than his patients and I will not be returning!! read more
