The ExtraCare system kept booting me out like I was trying to hack the Pentagon, but the staff never acted annoyed. They were patient, kind, and just as frustrated as I was. Honestly, I could go to KTA or Foodland, but I keep coming back because this place still has that small-town village vibe where people know you and genuinely care. The pharmacists have personally called me about medication interactions, helped with refill issues, and even contacted my provider for me when prescriptions got stuck in bureaucratic limbo. The cashiers have also saved me money by pointing out better deals before I checked out, which in this economy deserves a Nobel Peace Prize. Corporate really should invest more into this location because the staff is fantastic. Maybe start with better coolers before the beer reaches "lightly simmered" status. Good people. And I said can you bring me this sweatshirt in a small instead of a large. And she said "oh maybe not a small but I can get you a medium" in a very smarmy tone. And she came back. she repeated that to me again, "Well, I didn't get you the small one, but I brought you a medium instead." This was a very oversized sweatshirt, mind you, not something that I could stretch out. She was definitely insinuating that I was too big for the smaller sweatshirt. I'm still in shock that she talked to me like that. Rating three stars because I still found two things that I liked.
