They charge from the get go a fee to come out and when they get there they add to that fee, a diagnostic fee adding up to $400. If they can't find it in a few hours they wanted us to sign off to the next diagnostic level. The manager was trying to sell us a yearly contract costing $10 month even before they found the problem. He proceeds to show me the industry pricing booklet to assure me they are in line with other electrician companies for fair pricing. I'm thinking to myself, " Are you F'n Kidding me!!!" They presented at the end a quick glance of the invoice on his phone for over $3,400.00. No hard copy! This was at 9 o'clock at night and the problem was not fixed. At that point we were tired and said, NO! They left my home a wreck! I did not realize till that Monday they unplugged my freezer that was in the garage no where near our electric problem. What is so hard about plugging it back in after checking the outlet? After bringing in another master electrician first thing Monday morning he had to start from scratch, assessed where the problem was, fixed it, repaired the holes, for $600.00. This was in three hours, one electrician. Jeff we live in a small world, just happens my neighbor does business with you and he noticed how very long your truck was in my driveway. No response and after several days I called again. He responded by text and said he had to take a few personal days. An appointment was set for him to come give us an estimate and he did send that after our first meeting. At that appointment some additional plans were discussed and another appointment set. This time he didn't show up, didn't call and didn't text. I sent two text to him asking if he was coming and no response. We had plans for the day and we were left waiting and wondering. On my third message I told him he had already had two red flags previously by responding several days after I had called and this was the second issue of not showing and that I could not work with undependable and we were done. Then he finally responded and said he got hung up building a swing set! That's very unprofessional. No I would not recommend him, he seems to work when he wants to as some previous reviews on Yelp have had the same issue. In his defense he seems to be a very nice guy, but I wasn't hiring a nice guy.
