Cancelled on me the first day and came three hours late the next day. To clean my dryer vent the guy on the phone said it would be a 100-200 bucks. Turns out they charge $30 a foot and my bill was about $750. They were at least supposed to quote me before doing the work but they didn't. I spoke up and they apologized for not showing me the quote first and charged me 400. I paid. And now that I'm playing it out in my mind, I feel like this might have been all by design. I called on Saturday and they were able to come on Tuesday which I appreciated, because the new A/C is being installed on Thursday. Malik cleaned our ducts and vents and sanitized them. Sanitizing the vents was added ($25 extra for each vent) to the originally quoted package which he said only includes sanitizing the main duct, but I wanted that done after seeing the mold build-up on the vent registers. He also helped taking out the moldy vent registers because it's probably better just to replace than trying to clean them. Overall, glad we did the cleaning, though I wish it was clearly stated the vent sanitizing was NOT included in the quote, because the quote just said "...air duct cleaning includes up to 15 supply vents and returns, two main duct per single unit, sanitizer (to prevent mold growth)..." read more

Our dryer stopped heating because the vent was clogged and the sensor refused to allow heat so we wouldn't have a fire. All Duct replied to our request for vent cleaning within a few hours and were able to come service our dryer vent within 24 hours of our request. They cleaned the duct and got the dryer working again!!! In a house with a 4 person family and kids who play sports, getting the dryer back in the dead of winter was super important. Very good service. Vit helped me install new vent cover and guard cover. Sturdy and won't accumulated the lint compared to the old cheap plastic cover that always clogged after every year. Nic and Russell were on time, thorough, clean, and professional during the air duct cleaning session. I shopped around for quotes and All Duct was the winner for 1. having certification, 2. the most flexible and reasonable pricing and plan, and 3. for their use of an air cleaning system that meant all the dust and particles were trapped and disposed of rather than recirculated into our home. Nic was very responsive, handled all of my questions, and never mansplained--which was highly appreciated. They weren't the cheapest but it was clear that they knew what they were doing and that they wouldn't upsell a service if we didn't need it. In 3.5 hours (as quoted) they cleaned all 18 vents/returns in my 2 story house and also did a preliminary check and cleaning of our bathroom exhaust fans. They updated my husband and I along the way and even showed us that one of the bathroom fans wasn't sealed off (which meant the fan was sucking attic insulation into the house and into our air).
