Doing our research, we went to Pet Suites and found these rooms much more at home rather than keeping our pet in a kennel barking under fluorescent lights. Her room was a good size, well kept and clean. We usually don't keep her with other dogs and they made sure she could stay separated when having the outdoor play time and using the bathroom. Play, feeding, and bathroom were included. Very grateful for the fantastic/attentive staff and reasonable care. We would definitely book again in the near future.

I can just show up and drop off my dog without calling lol. The check in process is super quick and simple. I am able to drop off my dog without having to rush to work. I enjoy watching the cameras throughout the day to see how much fun he is having with the other dogs. When he gets home he is super tired from all the playing. We had been using PetSmart Hotel and there you have to pay for every little additional item...ie treats, playtime, etc.. At Snuggles and Hugs it is all included. They texted me photo's of my dogs playing and working dog puzzles. (didn't even know there was such a thing.) We had to bring our dogs there for an interview last week which I wasn't crazy about but am so GLAD WE DID. They told me things about our dogs that explains how they relate to each other. It made sense! Also used the interview to determine what type of dogs they can play with or interact with. Again it made sense! PetSmart had decided our dogs were Aggressive and wouldn't let them play with other dogs. They have never bitten or snapped at any other dogs or people so I didn't agree with PetSmart. The Snuggles and Hugs guys introduced our dogs to different dogs in a controlled situation to see how they would interact. I'm excited to have found these guys....and I think my dogs are also. Very happy with Snuggles and Hugs.

No 10 day deals, but there are 12 day deals that save a whopping $2/day!! I've never been more confused by price options! For goodness sakes! So how does the Paranoid Owner respond? May 10, 2025 "Scott, good try it's sad when a struggling competitor hires you trying to hit our Yelp rankings. I have reported this as Yelp is cracking down on twisted business practices like this. You intentionally twisted the $600 unlimited package which is $22-$26/day (we show the high end $26 on our marquee) and conveniently left that cost off your comparison comments. Anyone with a brain can see daycare is not $600 for 10 days. Our pricing is online and anyone can see 8-12 days of daycare is between $36 and $43/day. Good try." If I wanted to "Hit Yelp Ratings," anyone with half a brain would realize I would have given ONE star for the twisted advertising that omits the fact customers must pay $600.00 for an "Unlimited Package" to receive a $26.00/day deal. I have boarded my dog there, and he also attends monthly plays dates. When I tell my dog where we're going he is so excited - off-the-charts excited!!! When I drop him off, he doesn't even look back to say goodbye to me - that is how happy he is to go to Snuggles and Hugs. If you're looking to board, they have a lot of cute upgrades like a kong every day, or being tucked in, and a couple of other things that I can't seem to remember at the moment. They also offer baths before your furr baby goes home. As far as the day camps - they must do a lot, because my furr baby is super tired when I pick him up. He is a social dog and really appreciates being around other dogs. I love that he can get that kind of interaction with other dogs!!
