My review is for my experience through Geico's Xpress Claims…read more I cannot review on pricing as my job was paid through the-car-that-crashed-me's insurance. My car had a completely damaged bumper (replaced, not repaired), a bent axle, damaged taillight, damaged ESC, damaged parking assistance and scratches on the paint on the main body. Everything looks great now and it only took them about 5 days. Actually, my car looks better now than it did before (given that I hadn't washed the poor thing in months and they returned it nice and polished). The body work was good, but what stood out was how pleasant and professional everyone was. From the front desk, to who I think was the manager/owner, to the mechanics themselves. Everyone had a great attitude and was patient enough to explain any questions I had. If I ever need any big work done again, I will be sure to get a quote from them! Definitely recommend.

I picked this shop through GEICO Claims Express. My Mustang looks like new after they fixed it…read more Ford dealers sent the wrong parts several times and failed to inform the shop one part was on back order, so it took a few days longer to get the car than I expected. What I appreciated is that my contact (José) always answered the phone and gave me a detailed update every time I called. He went out of his way to source the back ordered part from a dealer in Sawgrass and chase the other dealers for the right parts. A lot of places in Miami would just ignore you if things were delayed, and I'm sure it would have taken twice as long without him pushing things along.

Fine i let them do the work wish was minimal and was overcharged for just a replacement of a hose.On top of that they knowingly broke the hood strut on the car and hid by not bringing me the car until I paid for it,and know I don't check I taught these people were ethnical.I'm a senior citizens retired living on a strict budget and to be taken like this is unjust. If anyone decides to deal with these people I hope you don't or the same slimy Mechanic tactics may befall you.

This is by far the most comfortable, welcoming and courteous auto repair shops I have been to. The waiting room has its own 52 inch screen TV equipped with Netflix, YouTube and even regular cable. Bathroom is clean which feels like home, and also has the traditional water dispenser with hot and cold water at your disposal. Many " top-tier" auto repair shops are good, yet they have nothing to show for their customers. The shop owner is very generous, kind and light hearted. I will do all my business year due to the great prices and customer service. I promise you you will not be disappointed, and if you are; send me your cash app!

I had a great experience, no problems. Fast forward to last week Friday, March 1st 2024 I had to take my son's truck because it turns out he has a bit of a heavy foot. I did call a company here in Homestead who without seeing the truck was quoting me a minimum of $2,000. Since we had a great experience with Transmission Express the last time, I decided to take his truck to the North end of the county. This time the truck left me stranded on 826, what an experience. Can I just say that Miami drivers can be a$*%! Anyhow, I called Ray, and he recommended a local tow company, and I got picked up within 35 minutes. The tow company dropped off the vehicle and I got a call from Ray within a couple of days. He provided information regarding the damages, cost, and repair timeframe. Honestly, I can tell you that Ray and Hector are honest, reliable, and professional. As a Miami-Dade County native that says a lot! They were clear about the work, price, and warranty, no surprises! Hopefully, I don't have to visit them again soon but if I had to take any vehicle for a transmission repair it would be to Transmission Express, NO DOUBT!

By the time I got there they receded the inspection price LOL and told me it would be comped if we worked with them (something they didn't even mention to my wife) then claimed they cannot change any sensors without completing overhauling my transmission for 1k+ obviously. And that's without them "claiming" any new issues in the transmission. When I called my family friend mechanic for a second opinion. They start getting upset & confrontational telling me why I don't just go to my family mechanic (he's a retired senior with arthritis). They go on to say they will not change the sensors unless we allow them to completely overhaul the Transmission because In his own words "it's too much work" I spoke to the bald man & old Hispanic man with glasses. I would not recommend any women go here, if they try this hard to upsell men who know, they will be funding staff vacations with the price they give you ladies guranteed. They also stated they don't care for there reviews so they don't mind if I left an honest one explaining what I just experienced. Those guys are so tough.
