I found the crew extremely skilled and very friendly. I'm beyond pleased with their work, the totally reasonable price and even their clean up. They even did some little extras that i didn't even ask for, like sealing some cracks in another slab of cement I wasn't replacing. In addition, a little stay dog from down the street came running up the street to visit and dived headfirst into a 6" wall of wet concrete that had just exited the cement truck. Dave immediately fished out the little cement caked poodle and carried it down the street to find the owner so he could ensure the little guy got a bath before the concrete dried. David was out of town when his crew poured and they did a LAZY job and didn't even do what we had asked. We wanted short garden type concrete curbing around our existing landscaping and they poured industrial street curbing. They poured over the existing metal curbing without removing it and didn't even care that they poured directly into our grass. They broke sprinklers, ruined our neighbors park strip and when we insisted they fix it, they cut chunks out of our grass to replace what they ruined on our neighbors. They broke two of our fences and ruined our shovels. They left a pool of concrete on our park strip and it killed our grass. They left exposed metal in our play yard that is a hazard for our children. We asked several times for them to come fix what they ruined (and although they fixed MINIMAL amounts of what we asked, there was no resolution) and there was always an excuse as to why they didn't show up at the agreed upon time. His crew was also supposed did a project for my sister (and did it completely wrong) and they were doing a project for a friend (that they never finished even though it was paid for). I called Gemini Concrete and they instantly answered and told me they could get to my job in a couple of days, which would have been Tuesday, of course, at 7 am Monday morning, I'm notified they want to take care of me today. My wife had a request that when they remove this enormous chunk of concrete between our new addition and our old foundation, they leave the interior wall intact so the dust and dirt do not come into the house. When I say they cut my concrete like a laser, I'm not exaggerating. The blade didn't touch anything inside the home. I was blown away! They even broke the piece they cut out into four pieces, like my excavator wanted, which took them much longer than anticipated. No complaints, just smiles.
