Recently I went in to pick up my shirts and when I got home observed that they had damaged my shirt while being cleaned with a dark spot on the pocket. I brought the shirt back in and some with a nice young girl who indicated they would try to remove the mark and if they can't the would provide a credit for future services. Not my preferred scenario but I do understand why they would want to handle that way and think it is reasonable. With that being said when I picked up my clothing the next time the owner gave me back the still damaged shirt and said that they didn't cause the damage. I referenced the prior conversation with the girl who may be his daughter and he became agitated. He then proceeded to yell at me stating he didn't do the damage and to take him to court. As much as I would love to do that out of principal I do not have the time to waste. This is not my idea of a good businessman. I will look for another cleaners that stands behind and hopefully even takes some level of pride in there work. It's sad because the older gentleman who I assume is his father and his daughter seem quite a bit more reasonable. I will no longer pay patronage to this business of their Taekwondo program which is in the same area. Buyer beware of this one!

The sleeves of the coat were starting to get very dirty looking because of course it's white. Well I took my items in to see if they could bring them back to life. The lady was very cautious about my coat but stated she was willing to try. I prepaid and they will take your number and last name so they can find your items for pick up. I was told to pick up the following week on Wednesday. So it was going to be there about a week. Fast forward to pick up day!! Have them my number and last name and they immediately found my items and showed me them to inspect! Guess what my coat was back to the bright white they once were!! I was so so excited and thankful, especially since the lady was so unsure about being able to fix it. I will now start having them take care of my needs for my items when I am in town!!
