The bad reviews about this company are very confusing to me. I have had several dealings with All Care and they're the best moving company around. They ensure everything is done to keep all possessions safe, they have a good attitude even at the end of an excruciating 14 hour long work day, and they are personable fellows who will go above and beyond to make the stressful situation of moving as comfortable and stress free as possible for the customer. Their prices are fair and no other company will go to the lengths they do to make sure nothing gets damaged or anything. Moving is one of the hardest jobs out there and they make it look easy. Keep up the good work All Care! P. S. Yelp hides most of the good posts about this business. We had hired other movers that said they would be at our house at 1:00. At 1:30 they called and said they would be late & could only have one mover show up. I started to panic and got on google to see if anyone would be able to show up ASAP. After several disconnected numbers I came across All Care. The woman I spoke with was extremely nice and said they could help me out. Chris and Mike were at our home in 20 minutes. They were ready to work and wound up telling the other movers we originally hired how it's done. They took very short water breaks and worked their butts off. They didn't cover our furniture (which I would have preferred) but took extra care with everything. They put together our beds and were EXTREMELY friendly. We recently moved within the town of Placerville and hired All Care Moving. Trenton gave us a flat rate per hour with no hidden costs and sent a hard-working group of courteous men to get us moved. The house we moved from was down a flight of tricky stairs, so the fellas had to navigate all of the furniture up the stairs to get to street level, not to mention it was a very hot summer day! We have several delicate antiques, and they handled everything very carefully. All of our possessions arrived safe and sound to our new house and we are glad we hired this crew. I bought a sectional couch from Big Lots that I had been waiting for arrival for three weeks and once it finally arrived I was wanting immediate delivery due to the extended waiting period. I was unable to get a response for delivery right away from their third party service but found All Care through a random search and their response time was extremely quick and their rates were far better than the competitors I called. Sloan was very helpful, professional and was able to deliver my sectional within 3 hours of my call. I highly recommend these gentlemen for any furniture deliveries needed!!! These guys were amazing! They showed up right on time, worked incredibly fast and were very professional. I have moved every year for the past 8 years and wish I would have found them sooner. It usually takes about 4 hours to move me, I have a one bedroom apartment. These guys moved me and made a second stop to pick up my new roommate in only 4 hours. They padded and put shrink wrap on everything too. Plus there were no bogus hidden costs, just the hourly rate and a flat packing fee which is much lower than most companies out there. Update: a chair leg is also broken at the frame. I also forgot to add after telling him the damage he first tried to blame the unpackers prior to acknowledging he knew the 1 drawer out of 28 they moved. He did call back and leave a message stating he doesn't believe they could have caused any of it but "let's work something out" - whatever that means. I started with asking for a refund of an hour - now that seems too generous. Lesson learned - use a company that certifies and insures their staff and holds them accountable for the job being done. read more

1/26/2014 Total lifesavers!!!!! I was sick right before my move and was completely unprepared on moving day, these guys showed up on time and were able to call an extra guy out on the spot to make it go quicker. I didint get a chance to even start packing due to being sick but these guys were like "no problem", and went right to work. They were careful, organized and professional and at the end there were no surprises, no hidden fees and were dead accurate with their estimate. I will definately use them again. We used All Care Moving and Storage on 2 different occasions for my in-laws. First we moved out stuff to stage the home, then once it was sold, the guys moved the rest of their stuff. It was a HUGE job between packing decades of "treasures" and moving it all into storage. Both times they were communicative, professional, helpful, strong and friendly. This company moved my parents from San Jose to Elk Grove a few years ago and they did a great job! They used floor protection on the hardwood floors, padding on the furniture and packed all the crystal and the china as well as everything else in the house.
