The general statement is these guys are friendly, fair, honest, communicative. They listen, help you find a solution to a problem, excellent suggestions for mods and add-ons for my bikes. Prices are great and they get shit done right. They do everything they say they will and are straight up nice guys. And more specifically? Once again these two guys just went out of their ways to get me back riding in about 24 hours after dropping my girl off for three issues. ( One was it wouldn't start. Kinda a big issue when you want to ride! ) I specifically heard Jack tell a customer on the phone they were looking at 10 days out due to the volume of work they had while I was dropping off my bike. So off I went . 24 hours later Jack calls and tells me my bike is done ! . Unreal. Absolutely unreal ! I am indebted to these two guys. Thank you Jack, thank you Dan. I spoke with a Chris, and asked him about doing the rebuild. He said sure but that he would be busy over the next couple days. So I asked if I waited a week and brought it down then would he be able to work on it. He confirmed that he could, and I set up a drop off time. I show up at the drop off time and walk into the shop. I wasn't sure if I was at a business or the mall, as it seemed to just be a hangout for 15 year old kids. I asked to speak to Chris and told him who I was, and he had no idea who I was or even remembered our conversation about my ATV. I was weary about leaving it with him now, but I did so based on the recommendation I was given in the first place to go there. I asked for a time frame and was told "a week or so". I gave him a $100 deposit to begin the work. A week goes by and I hear nothing. I call and leave a voicemail, and get no response. Two weeks go by, no calls. I call and leave another voicemail. Three weeks now and no call. I call repeatedly for a few days until I get an answer, and finally Chris answers the phone, and he says he just started pulling the ATV apart. I asked him why just now since I made the appointment for him to work on it 3 weeks ago. The only answer I received was that "something came up". He tells me he is going to need a few more days. Another week goes by, no call. I call them, and Chris answers the phone, and he puts the phone down, and I can hear him and another guy talking to each other in the background saying, "you tell him, I'm not going to tell him". He finally gets back on the phone and tells me they have done nothing further with the ATV. Since there is nothing I can do but be perplexed at the extreme unprofessional nature of this "business", I tell him I will be there tomorrow to pick up my ATV. No apology, just an "ok" followed by a click of the phone. To top it all off, I have to drive a half hour down to pick up my ATV, and it's now dissected and given back to me in boxes. I get my ATV, boxes of random parts, and $100 deposit, and then a week later, I get a call saying that they forgot to give me a part. So now I have to drive back down there again due to their incredible incompetence. This place takes the cake for not having any clue on what they are doing. Do yourself a favor and take your motorsports to a qualified reputable shop and skip right over these kids.

Scott was about to leave on a vacation. 1st one in 9 years. But he delayed his departure. Took care of my Hayabusa. Then showed me around the shop. Looked at some beautiful vintage cycles. Scott told me he can get any part I needed. Also he's been doing this all his life. So he's pretty much seen it all. Shop prices are posted. And very fair, I've seen much higher. He also appreciates well manicured machines. That's rare these days to find a mechanic who will give you back your bike as clean or Cleaner than when you dropped it off. I decided to bring it to Scott, where I had gotten it inspected for about 8 years in a row. When I told him I had the dealer fix my brakes, he got POed and said he was going to pick me apart on an inspection. He instantly 'found' the front brake lines barely touched my tank on a full turn of the handlebars. He gave me my registration and my money back in anger. Nice guy. Stone ahole because I wanted HD factory parts and work? Don't waste your money or time on Mr. Angry.

I located a hood and called him that I found one 30 miles away. He said to stop and leave it on my way home. I called him at 3:30 and his voicemail said he was closed for the week even though I spoke with him at the shop. I called back and he reluctantly answered to say he decided to close in 5 minutes and to leave the hood outside IF he wasn't there. I arrived at the shop all open with nobody there. Doors wide open and no sign of tj fool who is mostly stoned and couldn't care less about his property, much less customers parts lying around brand new outside on the ground. My truck was "finished" two weeks prior to him releasing the vehicle. He would not release it until he received all the payments from the insurance company. My insurance company was in contact with him the entire time. He knew the checks were In the mail. I ended up with $600 in charges for the rental I had to keep bc he wouldn't release the car. Had to call the police when I went to finally pick up the car bc he demanded a $125 CASH payment, he wouldn't accept a bank check. I was told I had to pay out of pocket for things he upcharged me for. He was vulgar, using profanity towadds myself and my mother. Flash forward to November when I started using the fog lights my boyfriend noticed that the light he replaced he used a halogen light when the rest of my lights are LED. I called him to ask him about it and he said "he fixed it with used parts". The halogen light he "fixed" doesn't even fit correctly. This man is a crook & unprofessional. Not sure how he has remained In business for 30 years. I do NOT recommend him to fix ANYTHING.
