They had some really neat things in here, but I couldn't believe the prices of many of the items here. This is a 2-story store, but most everything is on the ground floor. The lower level is basically dedicated to flooring and window treatments. On the main floor though, you'll find everything from furniture to accessories, to pictures, to even some lighting. My wife and I certainly enjoyed walking around the store and dreaming of how some of that stuff would have looked inside our home!

After many weeks, two visits and quite a few excuses, the (master bedroom) blind still wasn't operational. My husband and I finally were able to repair it ourselves. Hunter Douglas has great customer service and sent us parts directly, which actually weren't needed, as Bountiful's repairman evidently installed a head rail part incorrectly and the blind worked fine once we fixed this. We are out $80 for their trip charge and will not be likely to use this company again. A shame, as we are about to re carpet the house.

He kept every scheduled visit, followed through on all promises, and even completed the installation a full week earlier than expected, which made a huge difference for our timeline. The installation crews were equally impressive - organized, efficient, and highly skilled. They worked quickly without ever compromising quality, and the final result looks fantastic across every material. Freshly vacuumed the carpet, and cleaned up all surfaces after install! I also want to note that we initially explored another flooring company on the island and had a very different experience. Unfortunately, that interaction felt unprofessional and included a tone that was dismissive and, at times, inappropriate.
